A great experience doing laundry??? YES!!! Formerly Best, now All Seasons. But it's still the best! I needed a large capacity washer for a comforter and there were plenty of machines, CLEAN facility, good parking, on the bus line, nice waiting area and shops nearby (Wok in the Park for a drink and appetizer). Really helpful staff and three dollars cheaper than the place I was going to use. Win!! read more

Very Clean, nice management. All washers and dryers are standing, front-load machines. The most shocking part was for me to do a Triple-load wash was $6.00. A full size washer at my apartment is only $1.50 per load (i.e. $4.50). Everyone doing laundry (while I was there) was very polite and relatively quiet. Important - They DO NOT take coins. You have to buy a chip-card ($3.00 deposit) to use with all washing and drying. Buying a card is automated with a machine, so is adding credit. SEE PHOTOS Good experience, very clean. I have had my work pants cleaned here a few times since moving into SLP. They do a fine job & the cost is about average ($9.00).

I only come here for the self service laundry machines so I can't critique the dry cleaning service. The facility is clean. There are soda and junk food machines just in case you need a sugar/sodium injection. Small flat screen TV as an alternative to watching your tumbling clothes. The machines uses prepaid cards instead of coins, so no need to carry large rolls of quarters. I like coming here because it's never too busy. The location is great because there is an Indian, Thai and Chinese restaurant within walking distance. The mini mall across the street also has an Erik's bike shop. You can shop and eat good food while your clothes tumble away. Oh yeah. The owner must be a National Geographic fan because there are issues sprawled out near the tables. Better than my building's outdated machine. They have a policy that customers must start their laundry before 830pm, and you get booted out by 10pm. read more

Not much of a laundromat guy, but after a week long camping trip and I need to wash sleeping bags and a week's worth of camp-laundry, this is my go-to place. The whole card-instead-of-cash-thing may be a bit confusing at first, but I'm a pro now. Best is well-lit, clean and the employees are always friendly and super helpful. By no means am I a connoisseur of laundromats, but there's no other place in the SLP that I'd bring my mass-loads of laundry. read more

Drive through is a great feature. They also have free pickup and delivery. Service is courteous and attentive. You accumulate points for the money you spend - not sure how many points you need to earn a discount because I don't use the services that frequently. Their rates are high though, compared to non-green cleaners. And as green cleaners I wish they would recycle the hangers and laundry bags. They do a blanket collection drive in the fall for the homeless, which they clean free of charge before donating. There's also a self service laundromat adjoining the dry cleaning area. read more

I only use these guys for dry cleaning, but as a long-time customer, I couldn't be more pleased. Living in St. Louis Park, I'm on their delivery route, and it's totally convenient. In my neighborhood, they pick up laundry on Monday and deliver it Thursday, every week. Friendly, efficient, and always concerned about customer service. Their Minnetonka Blvd store even has drive-thru drop off and pick up, which is excellent when I've got a kid in the back seat. My only quibble is the accumulation of laundry bags. I currently pile them up and take them monthly to Staples for recycling. I'm far from being a good environmentalist, but I doubt many others do this. Accordingly, I'd like to see Best find a way to collect the bags themselves and help discourage customers from just throwing them in the trash. Or, leave information for dry cleaning customers about how they can recycle the bags. That said, keep up the great work! read more

The stereotype that brands city laundromats does not apply to this laundromat! It is always clean and safe! There is free wifi and television to watch on a Roku box! I love the card system versus the traditional coin system! $5 to get a card and you get the refund but also the $3 deposit back when returned! $3-$9 washers and $.39-$.79 dryers for ten mins! ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY CLEANING! :D It was a little confusing at first but that was only due to myself not taking the time to read the clear instructions on top of the card machines! It's a self serve laundromat, which I love! The employees are THE BEST! So friendly, down to earth and helpful (also funny). I've never been to a better place, even the bathrooms are amazingly clean. Their dry cleaning side is also awesome because they have a drive through and alterations specialist! Great work for a higher end price but that's fine good work is never free or cheap! read more

Well this the first time using this laundromat. I used the self serve washers and dryers. The positive is that it is well lit, and the place seems clean. The card system I didn't expect but it was ok. I found that the washing machines were dirty actually, the soap dispensers where you put your detergent had mold in them. I put my soap directly inside machine instead of using those. It was a big turnoff. The dryers were big, clean, but expensive. The basic beginning time was 10 minutes and in no way was it enough. Even after 3 cycles my clothes still were not dry. I just took them home and strung a line all over to finish drying them read more
