Leighanne is prompt, a great communicator, and knows her stuff. She sharpened 5 kitchen knives including 2 serrated ones--all cut so easily now. She also sharpened some garden tools for me: 2 hedge shears, a lopper, and a hand pruner. She was done in under an hour and neatly wrapped the knives to protect their new edges.
