Unfortunately, they lack professionalism, care, and proper equipment. So, if you don't care if your items get damaged, they are very nice, and also very helpful. First off, they didn't have their own moving truck or proper tools. They rented a moving truck from U-Haul, and buy moving supplies from there as well. Since I only needed a bedroom set moved, they rented a trailer instead of a truck. Not only did they slightly damage my furniture, he said he'd have a plastic mattress cover, but apparently UHaul didn't have a king plastic cover that day, so they showed up without one, and then proceeded to absolutely trash my fabric mattress protector they used instead of the plastic cover he quoted me for. I immediately had to toss it once they put the mattress on my bed frame in the new location. The two bedside tables didn't get banged up, but the bed frame and dresser saw the move. Once they arrived more than an hour late, and began taking my bedroom set apart, they asked to use my tools. I handed them my tool bag and went on doing my own thing while I waited for them. They loaded everything up, including a small television for me, and off we all went. They unloaded my things, and then he said he needed $400 more than he originally quoted me in order to pay his helper for taking so long. His mistake, and he asked me to pay for it. I agreed to pay half of it, but really? Be ready to pay much more than the original quote that sounds like such a great deal!!!

Unfortunately thought they said from my pictures I provided, etc. show there was some clear negligence going on this wasn't something they cover, so that's a good thing to be aware of if you book. Basically my option is to go to small claims court to try to recoup since there was a breach of contract (not providing the moving supplies and tools he listed in the actual contract that would have protected my belongings and expedited packing the truck), the damage to my belongings, and the further cost I incurred as a direct result of them not being able to do the job in the time quoted. If I was still in Salt Lake I'd go to court without any hesitation after the awful experience I had with Whipsmart.... But I'm not. Gas alone round trip is $200 just to file, plus hotel, plus having to do the trip again for the day in court, and the time out of my schedule all of this would take. I did talk to a lawyer and was advised likely a court would just "Split the baby" on a situation like this and at that point is it even worth it to incur further cost. Though Yeecii replied here about "Service" and how customers matter.... let me be clear... nothing happened. He has always had the ability to at the very (Very) least credit me for the half hour extra he charged me for, he's always had my phone number and email. You can even email through this site. When I came out and asked them to, please move, the driver started to argue with me about how the truck is DOT certified and can park wherever it wants for at least 10 minutes. Me explaining that this is a no parking zone, due to the pin pad, didn't seem to affect him at all. I did finally tell them that they could re-park and block the parking in front of my building, that was fine, and at that point, they agreed to move their truck. Unfortunately, I've now had a negative interaction with your drivers. As a storage facility manager, I wouldn't be able to recommend your company. Adding to this that they were visiting the cannabis shop next door to my property and NOT loading or unloading.

I worked for a moving company for 8 years and know what it takes to make a smooth, professional…read moremove. We had all items packed and labeled according to what was in the box and specially labeled fragile where necessary. We had several glasses and heirloom China plates that were shattered that were in dish boxes, individually wrapped and in the own cell. We also had three different sizes of shrink wrap, two dozen moving pads and a couch cover. All of this was available for their use to protect the couch and chairs during the move and used the couch cover only when in the truck, never using it when moving it thus resulting in dirty hand marks all over. There was an inch square chunk broken off the inside arm from one of our chairs that had to have a heavy object fall on it, all of these damages could have been prevented if they would have been more professional. At my initial contact with David Rosier I did discuss insurance and the procedure for any damage, and he assured me that they never had any damage and were very careful and if there were any damage, he would take care of it. This was not even close to being true, he was combative had every excuse in the book that it was my fault. But what made me aware that he wasn't going to address any of my concerns to my satisfaction was when I brought up that I had paid for 3 men for 4 hours but actually had 2 men for 4 hours and should have a refund for the third man, what I got from him was they had to work harder and longer because of the missing third man and there would not be a refund. I would highly NOT recommend this company if you value your possessions.
