I have a 9 week old labradoodle puppy and made a call to All Stages where I spoke with JC who was very friendly and helpful in explaining how the training process works and how much money I should plan to spend. After JC's incredible and patient help, I made a consultation with All Stages to see if my pup had the temperament to be a service dog. Miranda and Unee answered my millions of questions about the training process and really laid out how the process would go. We discussed the different classes and they are even willing to supplement private sessions for the group classes that I am unable to make so I can keep my pup on the right path. I am on a short timeline that they are willing to work with, too! During the consultation, they noticed his fur was a little long and getting in the way of his sight (as most labradoodles coats are). I said that he hadn't been groomed yet because he wasn't fully vaccinated and they explained that they do under vaccinated grooming appointments. Two days later, I brought Odin in for his first grooming appt and 45 minutes later was the handsomest pup I'd ever seen. They did so great! I was worried how he would respond to all the new tools since this was his first time but the groomer said he did a great job! Our longtime groomer retired right before my little guy needs surgery. Desperate to look for a groomer at the last minute- I found this place based off Facebook recommendations in a group and the reviews online. When I called the gal who answered went above and beyond to try to see if a groomer can accommodate me. She called me back and told me Kendra would be able to take him in her last spot. When we arrived - so many doors! lol but the grooming door has the ring camera on it :-) We were met by Kendra and she was so welcoming and sweet. Beau instantly took to her. He was done within a hour!!! I loved this so much because I hate when dogs are kept crated for hours like other groomers do. I came and picked him up and he looked PERFECT like always. He is so sweet and relaxed inside, but so strong and with such a high prey drive outside that he was challenging to manage! I recently moved to the area and was in search for a new groomer for my pup that would also help take care of her anal glands (being a small dog she has to get them taken care of frequently). The check in staff was extremely friendly, as well as the groomer. The groomer took the time to actually sit on the floor to help my dog feel comfortable going back with them for her grooming. The grooming appt took about an hour and a half (this was for a bath, nail trim, and anal gland extraction). My dog hates her nails being trimmed and other groomers have not done well in getting them trimmed. They let me know that it took two of them to get it done but they finished it and her nails are actually cut whereas other groomers barely try. They also have a nice selection of toys and dog accessories in the lobby, it is very clean and well maintained. My dog came out happy and smelling great! read more

They referred me to one of their groomers there as well, Tracy. She has been so fantastic with Apollo, I'm so happy we found her!
