My bass knob stopped working properly, the bass sounded weak, and everything felt off. Another shop charged me $35, told me my amp channel was burnt out, blamed a small hole in my subwoofer, and immediately tried to sell me over $420 in new equipment without even checking or resetting my settings. I came to King of Sound for a second opinion, and within less than 15 minutes they figured out the battery replacement had simply reset my audio settings. They retuned everything, made sure the system sounded right, and now my setup works perfectly again -- honestly better than before.
