It pays to shop around and it definitely is important to stand your ground on what you can pay for a vehicle. We were looking at a vehicle here, but management would not even budge on price. We have purchased a vehicle here before and was satisfied. However, we felt belittled when trying to negotiate. We understand they need to make money, however we ended up in Yakima and found the exact same vehicle, same year with a few miles more which was at least $3000.00 cheaper. Son bought a certified vehicle that has locking hubs and dealer refused to provide a key. Cost to replace is over $300 from our local Nissan dealer and salesman Will Robertson was a complete jerk refusing to help because he thought we were being difficult to ask for the key they never provided as we are 4 hours away. They also did not do the complete pre owned certification as they claimed as it was missing lock boxes, missing a seatbelt, had a hitchlock (no key), and the only thing they fixed was adding a seatbelt. He also lied and claimed he was the owner. What a complete jerk this guy is - don't do business here as they won't help! read more

My family and I were on a cross country road trip when the check engine light came on and we began experiencing transmission issues. The service staff was very nice to speak with, however, they were extremely understaffed and unable to look at my vehicle that day and could not guarantee they'd be able to look at it in the coming days. My negative review isn't so much about this particular dealership but with Nissan as a whole. The lack of Nissan service stations around the country, and the unwillingness to help travelers. I owned the 2014 Nissan Murano for 4 1/2 years after having owned 5 Toyota's. After this experience, I traded the for a Certified Used Toyota. I'll definitely stick with Toyota going forward and steer clear of Nissan. read more

I wanted to take a minute and share my experience with the service dept. Over the last couple months I have been in several times to have them perform work from warranty related to a full suspension lift kit install. On every occasion I can say the guys here both up front and in the back turning the wrenches have done a stand up job on my 19 Titan XD Diesel. In the past I have been hesitant to take my rig to a dealer as most don't pay attention to the details... but this is not the case here. They really take the time to make sure everything is done the right way. I would recommend Zach and his team to anyone who is need of work on their truck. I have been satisfied with their work and don't feel like a pain in the a** when I go in to get stuff done.. As a comparison.. when we have to take my wife's Ram 1500 into the local dealer for any type of service it feels like a job in itself. When the warranty runs out, we will be taking it here as well. With Zach and the rest of the amazing service team gone, the quality of service I received the last visit has gone with it. From incorrectly sizing my tire treads, to charging me for a tire rotation that they didn't actually do, to a well 'what can you do' attitude, we are back to square one with this place. It's so unfortunate because Zach was incredible! I did bring up my concerns to Bill, so hopefully he corrects the issues we had this last visit. Worst dealer experience ever! We were after a specific car and had been in contact with them all day about it. We drove an hour to look at it. They still needed to do their post delivery inspection so we could not drive it out that day- which is fine but they did not even have the keys for us to look inside when we got there! We were also handed off to another sales person when we walked in. The new sales person did not even try to show us anything else. It was truly like our business did not matter to them. She said she would reach out the next day and I did not hear from her until two days later when she told us that someone came in to look at the car before the inspection was complete and they bought it. We were not even offered that option!! Lowball trade in offer to boot. We went to another lot in town that day and purchased something even better- AND they gave us $2K more on our trade than Roberston's offered! Things happen for a reason I guess, but these guys DEFINITELY missed a sale from us. Nothing could make me spend even a penny at this dealership in the future. There's plenty of other options in Tri Cities- buyer beware of this one! read more

They Dont want to make money. I was promised a call about ordering a leaf. no call. I went in to order the leaf and the salesman wanted me to wait 20min for another salesman to show up. I said no, find out if I the system is open to order the 2022 model. he left for 7min and when came back asked me to wait 10more minutes for a different salesman to arrive. I asked if the system was open to order the 2022 and he didnt know. that was the whole reason he left in the first place. We left. he said the other salesman would call me when he got to work. 24hrs later and no call. We are literally trying to buy a car (oh and they have none on the lot due to shortage) and give them our money. I am going to Walla Walla. read more

So this was my first time ever purchasing a car. Before I made my purchase, my salesperson Alannah was SUPER helpful, responsive to my texts, and accommodating. But as soon as I drove off the lot, it was like I was dealing with a different person. My texts and questions have been completely ignored and it is very obvious that I am only a bother to the company now. Also the finance manager Justin was very cool/kind while he was "explaining" everything to me but I now feel like my lack of knowledge towards purchasing vehicles was taken advantage of. I ended up getting tricked into buying warranties I didn't really need and I was never told that I didn't necessarily have to buy any warranties or "add-ons" in order to purchase a vehicle. I know to some people that might seem obvious but to someone that is completely new to purchasing vehicles, it wasn't. It is just very clear that they do anything to get your money and so that they can get compensation, and then afterwards you are treated the complete opposite. I will take this as a learning lesson and the next time I purchase a car I will most likely go through a private dealer. I just urge people who are new to purchasing vehicles to be VERY careful, do your homework and make sure that you are stern with what you will and will not spend money on. read more

how is it ok to tell a customer that they can't fix your vehicle because it is under warranty and the only tech that can do warranty work is so busy it will be 4-6 weeks before he can even get you in and then once it's torn down they will order parts and it might take another 2 weeks!!!! what happened to customer service? We were traveling the west coast when the air conditioning went out on our Nissan Quest. We took it in to the dealer they took most of the day to diagnose the issue, we had to call to find out what was going on, they quoted us over $3000 to fix the air conditioner and it would take 3-5 days to get parts. Seeing that we are were at the end of our trip and the cost for repair we drove home to Illinois and took it to our mechanic who fixed it in one day for $850. Seems like they were trying to take advantage of out of towners. read more

My car Pathfinder was outside of the warranty miles and the display unit needed to be replaced. It was pretty costly, just shy of 4,000.00. Zack offered to contact Nissan to see if they would help out with the repairs since the car was only two years old. I didn't expect much to come of it, but appreciated his efforts. Later in the week I got a call from Lisa, the service manager. She said that Nissan was willing to cover 80% of the repairs. I'm blown away. They're paying 3400$ to fix a car that they have zero obligation to fix. I've been a long time Nissan customer and I will continue to do business with this dealership. Mike in service is amazing. First, I walked in with no appointment and he got me in right away. I'm not a local, was visiting from Tahoe and had hit a rabbit somewhere along my road trip in Oregon. Although rabbits are small animals this one ripped off a large piece of my undercarriage and I was dragging the rest from middle-Oregon to Pasco. Unfortunately they didn't have the piece in stock so Mike was able to remove all the damaged pieces and sent me home with the necessary part numbers I needed so I can get the repairs back home at my local dealership. The service was fine, but they used/sold my information. I took my Nissan in for service under warranty. It was the only place I could find to go. I needed a seat belt re-tractor fixed, and lo and behold, it was fixed. One of the 2 trips it took them to fix it, they even cleaned up the car a little. Not the second time. What peeves me is the letter I got about a month later from "Bill's brother Craig" offering to buy my car if I bought a different one(presumably because they like cars under warranty??). Stick to new cars only here, and avoid their shop at all costs. I purchased a used car from here, and they assured me repeatedly that it was in great shape, mechanically sound, etc. Within six months of owning it, it started having serious issues, so I trustingly took it to their shop. They kept my car for weeks, and when it was finally "fixed," it was so much worse than before that I couldn't even drive it off the lot. They hadn't bothered to test drive it after the repairs! So they kept my car for a week longer, then finally claimed it had severe issues that would warrant a whole new front end, engine, and work that would cost far more than the car's value. At that point I had a bill of several thousand, so I said, "Screw it, let's trade it in." Within days my old used car was back on their lot being advertised as a reliable ride. So either they ripped me off, or they're selling shoddy used cars, neither of which is good business. This story was repeated when I brought in my second used car to their shop. They kept it for a ridiculous amount of time (weeks!), then would claim more and more things were wrong with it. Little did they know that I had my car's original records from its owner, and I knew that those "repairs" were things that had been taken care on the car just months before I purchased it. The final straw came when my car's radiator blew out. They wanted to charge me close to $1300 for a new radiator, and said that it'd take a week or two. I had my car towed to Tri-City Battery instead, where they repaired my radiator for $300 and had it done in just a few hours. This place is a joke and a massive rip-off. read more

Two weeks ago I purchased a Nissan Maxima at Bill Robertson Nissan and worked with Jose. Jose was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Jose covered the owner's manual, service schedule and features of the vehicle. Jose even called 2 weeks later to see if I had any additional questions and to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. The driver side floor mat was missing so Jose ordered a replacement. 3 days later the replacement mat arrived. My trade in was paid for within the 10 day payoff period and all documents that needed to be faxed to the bank was done so within 48 hours. Great customer service and follow through. This dealership is a nightmare! Took three times plus ride-along with technician to diagnose and fix a rattle/vibration. Turned out to be a missing bolt in the exhaust system... this is a Murano Platinum edition purchased with 15 miles on the odometer. While fixing missing bolt, was told they discovered the AC compressor was leaking oil and needed replacement which they did under warranty. Service report blamed "cross threaded bolt" for the failed compressor. So Nissan quality has really degraded. Service report also noted that the brand new car I purchased had been damaged and repaired before it was delivered to me. Bill Roberson Nissan sent the car with 1 mile on the odometer to a local auto body shop where it had the front bumper replaced and repainted. When asked, the service manager gave me a long story but eventually acknowledged the car had been damaged in transit. When I called the sales manager to make him aware, he was only interested in who I was, where I worked, who I knew in case I would try to make them look bad... I don't have to, Bill Robertson Nissan is the most dishonest, shady dealership I have ever had the misfortune to do business with and from some of the reviews here, it is no secret. By the way, sent an email to both "Bill" and "Debbie" Robertson and go not reply... not sure either one actually exist. My advice is stay away from this hot mess. read more
