1st time buyer Johnny was very nice when my buddy came to check out a couple cars. The next day Johnny sent his Financial Manager to help us with possibly getting a test drive, I don't remember his name but he was very rude not willing to budge on a overpriced car that has no list of what was done to it 6 owners it was a trainwreck. He was very cocky and snobby, said he has been doing sales for 15 years and he knows how it all works (yeah... right) after going back and forth arguing with us he told us to come back once we make more money? 1. Don't argue with the customer or you've lost the deal. 2. Be a little more professional other than boasting about your years of experience 3. You need more practice in sales. I can tell. I recently applied for a loan with prestige motors and got denied. Yes I agree the crew is nice and all but the company needs to update their information on credit. It says ALL TYPES of credit is accepted which is false. If you only accept the best credit than put it as such and not give the ones hope that they can start fresh again with an opportunity for a new vehicle. They didn't even give me a chance to try and put money down or give me any other option they just simply denied me and hung up. I hope others get the experience that they need to get what they want. I just bought a car from Prestige and it was a great experience. I found the car I wanted a Subaru WRX STI and Seth Green, my salesman was extremely helpful. He found a great financing deal with interest rates lower than my credit union. The car had a small crack to the windshield that they quickly fixed. Wife and I bought a Ram Rebel from the Yakima dealer and purchased the best vehicle warranty package, under $4K. We live in Tri Cities and wanted to get our truck serviced here in Pasco Prestige Motors and the service department, wouldn't balance and rotate the tires and provided 3K mile oil. During the purchase of the truck we were told and it was written on the contact 15K full synthetic oil. Yakima dealership was upset that we were treated this way and thought they straightened it all out and set up an appointment for this morning. I spoke with PM in Pasco yesterday and confirmed to drop it off and the person at the desk doesn't know anything and just want to know who I spoke with. Worst car dealership in the entire world DO NOT buy a car from here. Looks like a good dealership but they're really just a bunch of shady dudes trying to get a quick buck. When I first got there after driving 8 hours to see this car he had told me that the car I wanted sold even though I had confirmed I was coming the same morning earlier that day. It would make sense if that's what had actually happened but they tried to tell me they had the same car same year same color but it was for 1000 more when it was nothing different then the first. But my heart was still set on this car and I felt like I drove so far for nothing.. so it took a test drive loved the car even more and decided to negotiate a tiny bit but I had to pay a lot more then I had thought. And right after I purchased it they said they had charged 500 more to my card because they thought we agreed to a different price after I know for sure it was 16 flat Worst decision of my life led to my shop at home telling me I could've died because of this crack in the wheel they tried to cover with spray paint. So many more problems came from this car such as transmission, many sensors out, a broken light lamp that cost 2000 just because it's a Mercedes' I had to get new wheels the brakes started to squeak the battery had to be replaced and I had to get a new coolant thermostat that also cost over 2 grand if you don't want to get ripped off or scammed don't ever buy a car from here read more

I bought my car from PM 3 years ago, when I first bought it the service was good because they wanted to make the sale of course. Fast forward to using my warranty 2 years later, I had such a hard time getting my car in. Finally after hassling them for weeks, I got information on where I could take my car to get fixed. Fast forward again 3 years later, I wanted to renew my warranty, I called them and left a message with the receptionist twice and never got a call back even though she took my name and number. They texted me with the following message weeks later, Hey Unknown, This is your Internet Sales Assistant with Prestige Motors. Would you please help me update my notes, were you able to purchase with us? I texted them back about my warranty, I went back and forward with this person over and over and Gabe them my information multiple times, they kept saying they were looking in to it, and again I got no where with them. I will never buy from this dealership again, nor will I ever recommend it. For all the money you pay for a car, you might as well go somewhere else, where the service is good even after they made the sale. read more
