Huge space! We were happy to see there was plenty of room inside. They had one electric kiosk to put an order in or a counter. We chose the kiosk since we were a huge family and unsure of what we wanted and gave us time to review the menu and decide. The wait was long, but super busy for a Saturday morning. The bagel sandwiches were delicious and worth the wait. We recommend the salt bagel. We were surprised how good it went with the grand slam sandwich. read more

We had an appointment at the car dealer down here and stopped in for a quick breakfast. Super fast service, huge menu and lots of bagel choices. The grand slam was the favorite today! I rarely give 5 stars but this place deserves it. First off busy busy busy while Bucknell university is in school but the food is always perfect. Bagels are delicious portions are great for the price and service is awesome. If you order online or in person it's always quick and fresh. Inside is basic but what you expect from a bagel breakfast shop. Doesn't matter if you are hungover or really craving breakfast or need something good and quick this place always delivers. Good spot to stop by and order a bagel or sandwich. Not a fan of the inside as lighting is very limited (to where it's pretty dark for eating in the middle of the day). So the ambiance to me feels a little awkward. But there's plenty of space to sit and eat. But service is great - they are patient and finished our order pretty quickly. The fries that came with our sandwich are perfectly seasoned and so crispy! The bread of the sandwich is toasted evenly which compliments the soft chicken paired with it. The storefront doesn't look much but the inside is big and spacious. There's outdoor seats, too. I got an everything bagel with 2 eggs and cheese. The bagel had a nice chew and the eggs were fried, not scrambled. I saw people picking up their orders at the cashier. In-store takeout pickups are done at the back though. It's close to where I live so I'm sure I'll come back for other items :) read more

Food is great. Always fresh and the bagels are amazing! Made fresh daily there are always 16 different bagels to choose from to put on your sandwich. You can also order bagels to go and they will even cut them for you if you like. Bags are paper brown and everything is recyclable. read more

It's ok. I'm from the NY and NJ area so I am used to better bagels. The kind that are big and crispy on the outside. These are small and doughy. And the service is slow. Places in NJ would make your head spin with how fast they move an order. Hard to believe that a single unprepared bagel order has to go in to the back to get delivered out. read more

On our travels home me and my wonderful wife decided to try a local coffee shop. Good access to route 15. Quick service and very reasonable prices. We ordered a cold brew coffee with a Carmel shot, a hot coffee with espresso shot and a sausage egg and cheese on a garlic bagel. 4/5 Cold brew the flavor shot didn't mix good but still good quality coffee. 5/5 hot coffee with espresso. No complaints from me coffee was good. 5/5 sandwich was good and wasn't too heavy but still a good portion size. It was precut down the middle so it was prefect to split with my wife. read more

For around rural PA, this is a good place for locals but bagels are horrible. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese, the bacon was good but the bagel was very doughy and it stuck to my teeth. It felt like the dough was raw. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone if your out of state. I ordered online as well, service was very slow. Bagel quality is not good at all. My catering experience with All Star Bagels was positive. I ordered a few dozen bagels along with cream cheese, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, and the like. A deconstructed deli platter, of you please, especially as the closest Jewish deli (or deli of any actual sort) is at least a few hours away. I was catering a gathering of 20 people, including a wide range of dietary requirements. Vegetarian was easy enough. Gluten free bagels were not possible, so they enjoyed a lettuce wrap along with the diabetic/ low carb crowd. I was sorry that I couldn't bring along coffees and other drinks, but ordered some for myself and my mom when we collected our order. Tasty enough, but easy to skip. Our order was packed up and ready to go exactly when we said we'd arrive. Everyone at the event recognized the bagels as a local stopping point of pride, and they were all pleased with our choices. I really want to give a five star review here because my husband and I eat here all the time but I feel the need to give a lower rating because of the lack of knowledge related to food allergies. When I had to start cutting out dairy due to my babies food allergy I had an interaction here where the person serving my food thought eggs were dairy and that gluten free meant dairy. In the food industry people need to know basics of food groups and food allergens. I was also given a regular milk latte when I asked for almond milk (flavor was masked by the vanilla flavor) which resulted in my baby having bloody diarrhea. It's basic nutrition education. I'll have to pass on here until I can eat dairy again. read more

I have friends from Philadelphia and New York (picky friends) who say this is the best bagel they have had. I would agree. The coffee is good too. It's strong. The everything bagel is.....super! excellent! awesome! OK, maybe some occasional glitches with the order and wait time, maybe the bagel isn't as toasted as I prefer, but they are usually busy and it doesn't bother me. Came by for breakfast on a Saturday morning during the time of COVID. A solid breakfast option but nothing super special. I get the vibe that this place is meant for college students post crazy night out...which isn't necessarily bad. The prices are quite low and the amount of stuff you get on a sandwich seems ludicrous. I forget the name of the sandwich we got but it was supposed to have egg cheese pork roll on mine and sausage on my partners, and hashbrowns. Bagels were nice. Problem was they forgot the hashbrowns! Which was the unique thing in these sandwiches. Service was quick. Limited contact and spaced out seating in the waiting area which was nice. Standard selection of drinks and things for breakfast. It is a truth universally acknowledged that the bagels on the Bucknell University campus are, in a word, pathetic. And with downtown breakfast options becoming increasingly limited (RIP, Cherry Alley) All Star Bagel provides a nice escape from the monotony of going to Amami every. single. time. you want breakfast. They have plenty of variety, including lots of yummy breakfast sandwiches. Highlights include the french toast bagel (unREAL), the hash browns, and the classic everything bagel. Coffee menu is not as expansive as Amami's, but it is good too! It gets surprisingly busy at times, but there's plenty of seating. Never disappointed in my bagels from this places ASB is just what Lewisburg needed. My kids alllllways get a rainbow bagel, I'm a fan of the designated hitter. As a Jersey implant into Penn State land, I was tried to shy away from the fact that I was leaving behind my Jersey/New York bagels--my bagel and pizza future was unclear. But that was until I headed into All-Star Bagels. Upon first glance, I forgot I was in PA--they were fluffy, good size and the perfect amount of seasoning. The options were far more than my hometown bagel place (EGG EVERYTHING?!) I purchased the simplistic Lox and Cream Cheese bagel sandwich on an Egg Everything bagel (can you tell I was pumped?!) filled with capers, onion and fresh Lox. I was in bagel heaven. Can't wait to head back there to try there sweet bagels and they're extensive list of spreads and combinations. My bagel future is now clear, and I am very excited! read more

Really like the bagel sandwiches. If you're going that direction on the menu (which you definitely should), make sure you get one of the ones with hash browns - really makes the sandwich. Honestly, I've been several times and haven't gotten a bagel without bacon/egg/cheese/hash brown, so I cannot comment on the specific quality of the bagels without a bunch of stuff on them. I have pretty strong standards for bagels generally, and while they're not straight out of the NY Metro area, they're not bad in my estimation, at least in sandwich form. Pro tip: Order online and they'll text you when it's ready. The line gets LONG on weekends, esp after 9:30 am. read more

All Star is in it's first year of operation, and during that time it has hit the ground running, quickly earning its way to the top of many Lewisburger's go to breakfast picks. Firstly, the bagels are TOP NOTCH (rival NYC bagels) and are only a dollar a pop. Going the breakfast sandwich route, try any with a hash brown - it's a game changer. I affirm previous reviewers, and applaud the French Toast bagel as a crowd pleasing staple - add the maple butter. They've also got a smaller but satisfactory lunch menu with a few paninis/sandwiches. Very nice staff although they haven't quite perfected their service speed - can order online now which I'd absolutely recommend doing to beat the weekend morning lines. Great hours - can get there very early - also a great place to post up and do work (outlets and free WiFi, pass = AllStarMVP) While I appreciate their variety of drinks, the only reason keeping me from five stars is the quality of coffee, almost an unworthy pair to their stellar bagels. read more

Real good bagels we tried quite a few combinations and they were all good the only one that I had anything negative was the everything bagel and lox spread that was just a bit too salty for my taste but otherwise very good. We love the food here. The issue is timeliness and whether or not we get the correct order. We ordered online directly from the site with a 925 am pickup time. Came to pick up the order and was told they hadn't started the order. I guess they then forgot about my husband because he waited for 45 minutes while other walk-in orders were fulfilled and they still didn't start preparing our order. When he finally got the food, the coffee order was completely wrong. Instead of a latte he received a regular coffee with some whole milk in it. This is the second time that we have had an issue like this. There wasn't even an apology given for the wait. read more

Great place to get a bagel on a Sunday morning ... or any other morning. My five star review stands for the five thumbs up I'd give it, that is if I had five thumbs, haha. Some my favorites include the 36500 internal combustion engine with dual shock ram amplifications ( very good value and quality! ) and last but not least the Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit 2 ( definitely try it out! ). Being from Long Island, I have eaten more than a few bagels in my day. All Star serves a nice chewy (no too chewy) bagel that is delightful. I got the garlic and was amazed at how much garlic they got onto the outside of the bagel. The Jamaican coffee was smooth and the atmosphere was relaxing. Staff was happy and helpful.
