Worst place ever. Have of the machines wouldn't work and would just take the credits without you playing it.

Was having fun but then the lane shut off the staff turned it back on but it ended up happening 2 more times before they moved us to another lane. I paid for an hour of bowling which should be enough for 2 games. We ended up only finishing one game and then 1/4 of the second game. read more

This is for the pins and ale section. The bar staff was super slow and very unfriendly. Waited for 40 min just to order drinks and food then waited longer to receive said drinks. Even with minimal customers. Food was great but service sucked! read more

This place only cares about taking your money . If you pay for two hours plan on only getting one hour of bowling . The lanes constantly break down and balls never come back . Bring it up to the desk and nobody seems to care . We had a birthday party here and we spent more time at the help desk than enjoying our family time . Let's just say that we haven't been to this bowling alley in a couple years, we won't go back for several more. Poor service letting us know our lanes were available, we were standing 12 feet from the counter. We ordered easy snacks in our second frame and finally left with 3 of the 4 things we ordered 20 minutes after our time ended. If they would have been honest about how long it was going to take we would not have ordered. Thank you for making this birthday visit a complete disaster. Today was my family and I first time coming to All Star. For it being called "All Star" I would give them no star. Once it came to picking out our prices. My husband and I asked Rita to see the stretchy ball and the water wiggler so my three year old daughter can decide which one she liked better. Once my daughter said she wanted the stretchy ball, Rita immediately snatched the water wiggler out of my husbands hands like we were going to steal the $1 toy. I then told her I didn't need her help anymore and a nicer gentleman helped us. I wish I got his name because if it wasn't for him there wouldn't be any stars. read more

NOT that gets you 20 minutes and then you are done.... SO if you like having to keep an I eye on you're watch then this is the place for you..... I also agree with everyone else on here about the staff the attitude was unreal just tje smugness from the pepole there...asked what happens when yhe 20 minutes was up and the game was not done then what...YOU GET shut down and get charged another 20 mins per person to finish it..... I wish I would have gotten a picture of the food when it came out. The soft pretzel was very wet. I couldn't tell if it was oily or just soggy I'm thinking they forgot to add the salt and then dipped it in water when it was done and brought it out. the cheese was the most disgusting thing. Save your $4 if your a pretzel lover ‍ I was waiting for the girl at concession to get done with the stuff she was doing because I've worked in the food industry before and I know sometimes you need a second to finish up with the last order. and she snapped and said "ok are you ready yet?" Ok I have a rant tonight... 2 public places let's start at the first one All star lanes tooele.. 16 year olds running the show and trash cans full like over flowing full. The girls are playing around with a tape measure, measuring from arm to arm and not paying attention to the league bowler and ther safety! Second food saftey violation! Girl walks up and refills a drink that she has already drank out of. She should have grabbed a new cup! Sharing germs in the middle of covid is really smart? A g.m. at any point t any buisness does not work Monday through Friday and miss the league or busy hrs... Charles is not a good g.m. he spends 90% of his time in the office ducking problems. He never assist on anything this guy is an office manager which he should be payed as a crew member. He doesn't keep up on tasks at the bowling alley. You need someone in place that will actually care aka a ex bowler not these so called managers that they think whats going on! This place is the worst no wonder why people from tooele aka league bowlers leave for salt lake like delta and bonwood! Get someone that actually cares! read more

This arcade is awful and I would not recommend this location. I would swipe the game card multiple times because I wasn't sure if it was even reading correctly. Well... 20 dollars and 8 out of service games later, I told the customer service person and they graciously added the money back to the game card. This didn't resolve the issue of the majority of the games not even working. My disappointed niece did not get her arcade day for her birthday. I'm hoping this review helps other people in saving time and money. read more

Me and my family went there because we had a coupon, so we decided to use it. And their service sucks. The bowling ball return got Jammed and apparently it was our fault even though we weren't the only people using it. They got our orders wrong twice and the people working there seem to not even care. I went to 5 arcade machines, and three of them just took my money and didn't even let me play the games. Then we decided "hey let's play laser tag" well 1. The timer on the count down was going up and we waited for 20 minutes and no came up to help us out. The employees only cared about you guessed it "NOTHING". So, if your ever wanting to go somewhere fun don't go here. Take a little bit of your time and go to a good arcade like Dave N busters or fat cats. Went to a three year old's b-day party at Allstar Lanes in Tooele. Not only a bowling alley but also an arcade, standard fun center type establishment. We had two for one coupons that my friend ripped out of the phone book. The bowling games are $3.50 each. They had nice, new shoes even for the little ones, the smallest an 8 kids. The food was well mediocre (and this sucks of course) but it was expected, edible, hot and fast. We had large fries with fry sauce for $4. They were dusted with a strange seasoned salt that I could have passed on but the kids seemed to love. We had two lanes and tons of young kids but they only gave us one ramp for games playing simultaneously to share between 9 kids. The employees are to be expected - young and kind of aloof. The first lane we were in broke and we were moved to a second one, which also broke but then was fixed without us having to move. We had our games reset several times which was kind of annoying especially with young kids. The bumpers have to be set per player by the teenager working the cash register. So you go to the lane to enter names and then all the way back to the girl at desk to tell her the 9 names that need bumpers. Overall, exactly what you would expect from this kind of fun center but slightly cleaner than any in Salt Lake. read more

Last time I ordered a salad here it had a hard rock or tooth or something in it, we never could figure out what it was. And I actually chipped my tooth on it. The manager offered to give me a new salad but honestly I had lost my apatite for it. Other than that We enjoy going here especially when they have their half off family nights. The bowling is good and although the arcade is small it's still fun for the kiddos! I would say plan on eating before you go bowling. This review is for the bar only. We were initially served quick, then quickly went down hill. We were there for 2.5 to 3 hours. In that time we had two drinks, if we were checked on more often the bar could have made a lot more money. Our server was a big stumbling blonde guy who seemed either really nervous or something else was going on. The pitcher of beer we ordered (2 drinks for two of us) was really warm. The shots we ordered for the rest of our group were decent. The two drinks we did get took forever to receive, the food we ordered took even longer and didn't come with silverware, and had to track down the server about 10 min later before we could eat. The chicken Alfredo smelled like dog food and tasted disgusting. We will probably not eat at this establishment again, the personnel on the bowling side of the house were very polite. read more

$15 per person is ridiculous for bowling should be per game not a hr. The lane next to us kept having mechanical issues with there time running then our lane at tarted having issues with the balls not coming back and then ours had mechanical issues and told the front desk but they kept running and had to keep going to the desk to tell them that it was running. Not worth going here seems liKe everything keeps breaking. read more

About what you would expect from a bowling alley - nothing special. The prices are too high, especially the arcade. If they lowered the prices I'd probably go back but there are more entertaining environments for half to cost in salt lake. read more

Enjoyed a New Years day with family here, very busy but the staff was patient and nice. The bowling was fun, each lane accommodates 4 people max, so get 2 lanes if need be. The climbing wall and bumper cars were a big hit with kids, the video games were fun but pricey and some took money and quit mid-game. Laser tag was broken, but overall Allstar is great fun. Pins and ales is a nice getaway from the crowds for an adult beverage - added to future date night calander. Bonneville craft beer on tap, Irish Red is yummy! read more

If there was a zero star option, I would give it! Clerk was completely incompetent when we initial paid for our games. Charged us for 12 games instead of 3, was on the phone the entire time and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we realized she had charged us for 12 instead of 3, we went up to the counter and EVERY SINGLE employee (the girl who made the mistake originally was gone) told us they were unable to refund it but could "give us laser tag credits".... We don't live in Tooele, and we didn't come to play $50 worth of laser tag. Argued about it for 20 minutes, and the employees still refused to fix THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Clerk continuously told us "it wasn't her fault" and "we had no reason to be frustrated" and gave an insane amount of attitude for being on the side of fault, but refused to fix the problem. Finally another employee stepped in and said there was only 1 person authorized to give refunds. (Aka, fix their mistakes). He called them, they didn't answer. He promised they'd refund the $35 they charged us extra as soon as the guy called back. . . I guess we'll see. We'll just be calling every day until it's done I guess. Horribly trained employees, crappy equipment, and rude clerks that A. Don't understand customer service, and B. Can't even fix THEIR OWN MISTAKES. Nobody should have to get angry and argue for 30+ minutes just to get money back when YOUR EMPLOYEE charges them 4 times as much as they should have. read more

The achilles heel of this place is the poor quality of employees at the front desk. We often opt to pay by the hour, splitting the cost evenly-something that has got to happen regularly. Not only are the employees incapable of performing basic math (dividing an hour among 4 people = 15 minutes each) but they completely lose their cool when you politely point it out, demanding that "you figure it out then!" However, the facility is always kept clean and we haven't had any issues with other employees. Apart from the missing laser tag scoreboard, it's run well and is a great place to get together. But rudeness at the front desk is inexcusable and causes an ugly downer as soon as you get there. read more
