Just competent, gentle care that prioritizes keeping your own teeth. I've gone from pure anxiety to falling asleep during cleanings. What used to terrify me is now painless and efficient. The staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely pleasant--professional and easy to be around. (And yes, I'll admit the women on the team are also quite beautiful, which doesn't hurt.) The office is comfortable, and I actually look forward to visits--something I never thought possible. My mouth is healthier than it's been in years. The chronic sinus infections disappeared. I smile freely now. If you're stuck with a chain's expensive, invasive, multi-visit plan, get a second opinion here. There have been few hiccups here and there, such as the dentist filing my front teeth on one occasion without my permission (Luckily, I stopped he before too much damage was done), and a staff member asking me about another patient who goes there, but was not there that day (HIPAA doesn't allow that). Today, they took me back and seated me in my dental chair. I was all situated and settled when someone I've never seen there before came in to tell me I had a past due balance. Surprised, because I always settle up before I leave, I apologized and started to hand her my card. It was for $35.00 from my last appointment. I've received for Invisalign, whitening, and this visit, I was going to schedule an in office whitening. So, I have gladly paid a LOT more than $35 at other visits, and I've never had a bill. She then told me it went to collections. Surprised, I said "you guys know I come here every 6 months, right? Could you have called or mailed a bill at least?" She said they emailed me. I told her that email is not an ok way to bill. I have never had an outstanding bill, and I always come every 6 months. She left and came back to tell me they had actually canceled my appointment because I had an outstanding bill. Nobody even called to tell me that my appointment was canceled!! When I went up front to get my receipt, the office manager tried to tell me that had I communicated with them, this could have been avoided. I would have GLADLY communicated back with them had I known. Then she said things like "I'm sorry you feel that way" and "that's our policy" Oh what a joke! I respect that policies need to be in place, but it is even more important to have brains working behind these policies. So, over $35 after I've been a patient for a decade and spent WELL over that out of pocket, they lost a client who was getting ready to pay a hefty price for in office whitening. Way to go!

I love chatting with the wonderful ladies there, and beyond that - I know I can trust what they are telling me because I have verified it with several dentistry friends. I had to have a frenectomy and then gum grafting surgery and I was absolutely terrified. I'd never had any kind of surgery before but had severe gum recession and it needed to be done. Considering the circumstances, the office couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. They make it really easy to schedule and they will update you via your preferred contact method. I was given all pre- and post-op instructions over text, which I much prefer to a phone call. Dr. Patel is amazing--he's funny, efficient, and really makes you comfortable in his care. Love him! I truly cannot imagine having a better experience at the periodontist. And nobody wants to go to the periodontist.
