I've had two times where the technicians didn't get it right and ended up costing me a lot of money. Neither of those problems were related to the main issue. They just wanted to make a quick buck by giving me a diagnosis that wasn't right or even related to the main issue. Service manager Mr. Pickle, came out took some pictures as I was standing there and didn't say a word to me. Oh, the did give me a $15 discount on my $160 bill. I met two newer people when dropping off the car this morning, and felt very confident they will get me up and running again soon! Went in for a factory recall notice. Gave my ford recall letter in with the codes and ststing it should be 45 mins for a software update to fix the OSS sensor. I had an appointment and showed up on time. I was not greeted, the lady at the desk was playing on her phone legs up no one in the service waiting room. They had no idea how to repair my vehicle and i was told they would "try" and that "they are just service and only do oil changes" which is a flat out lie. Ford service stations are required to be able to make any vehicle repair any day of the week. This particular repair was a life or death critical failure component to my transmission/engine that detects road speed. I did not feel comfortable leaving my life in the hands of we dont know how to look up and properly repair this but we will "try and reapir it". My cousin is John Devine the former CEO of FORD. I take grest pride in FORD ownership and maintenance as a result. This is by far THE worst FORD dealer I have ever been too. Rude customer service Lack of training and education on important recalls Not honoring appointments even with an empty waiting room I called their competition next city over. They immediately knew the problem based on the coding. They entered it into their systems with an appointment and told me itll be about 45 minutes to upload new firmware to my trucks computer. I was so upset eith the service i received I am now willing to drive 1.5 hrs away from my home instead of 30 minutes to palestine to have this taken care of properly. This also cost them the sale of a new vehicle I was looking at purchasing and will now be giving my money to the competent dealership that I have confidence in. Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from All Star, and honestly it was the best car buying experience I have ever had (out of many.) Charlie was our salesman. He was very professional, friendly, no pressure and no messing around. There was no haggling or other nonsense involved. We got a very good deal in a relaxed atmosphere. Like most people I generally dread buying a car off the lot, and going into this I was expecting the usual. After a few test drives, we knew the one we were interested in. Then came what is usually my most dreaded part, speaking to the finance manager. This is usually where they try to get you with an exorbitant warranty and other addons, or mess around with interest terms if financing... not this time! The friendly finance manager informed us of the current warranty and suggested if we want to get an additional warranty after the factory one runs out, to come on in and talk to him. Zero pressure and no sense of anything but a fair and honest deal. The entire experience took less than 3 hours, a lot of which was waiting for the detailing as they had just sold several vehicles and were backed up a bit. Overall a very pleasant experience. Did not once feel like we were being pressured or hustled, and ended up driving off the lot with a good car at a great price. I would recommend All Star Ford to anyone. read more

I have been to this Ford dealership multiple times for small service issues and normal maintenance. Every time I go it is a PAIN! The lady that works up front I'm service never gives a direct answer for how long it will take or the price. She assumes she knows everything about your situation before she even received the information. The most recent visit to All Star Ford, I was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour to have a very minor issue resolved and I ended up waiting over two hours!! taken my work truck on three times for repair. 1st time for a right rotor, breaks and a loud noise from the front axle. after a week they had repaired the rotor and breaks but no time for front axle. 2en time for front axel. a week in the shop and I was told it was ready. went to pick it up and was told they just got the parts and were making repairs. 2 days later I got it but still making loud noise from the front. 3rd time in. there for a week, no word from anyone. went in to check and was told the did not have time to look at it yet. I told them to get it ready, I would be back to pick it up. when I came back they had it on a lift looking at it, thay came back and to old me what I had already told them. that it need repair. so I picked up the truck and took it down the road where repairs were made right away. read more

Service dept. was good though it took 35 minutes to pay. Went in on the word of a salesman that they really wanted to make a deal on a car that had been there for a year. I walked in ready to buy. The offer the sales manager with the big arms made was laughably ridiculous. I could go to any other Ford dealer and get a 2017 for literally thousands less. I was very disappointed in this dealership as my wife and I have owned Ford/Mercury vehicles almost exclusively for 25+ years and really wanted to buy local. However, I am certainly not going to pay thousands extra to do so. For the first time, I bought a new Chevy. Oh well, I gave All-Star Ford first shot. I purchased a 2019 Ford Raptor in November of 2019 that was driven by the dealership for 5000 miles and I got some Mikey knocked off the MSRP. The salesman Johnothon great guy and so was the finance department quick and no hassle. Right before leaving the dealership I mentioned to the salesman that there was a scuff on the grill and some in the interior pieces and he mentioned that they'll send me some touch up paint. When I got home and took a closer look I noticed that the scuff was bigger than just the grill, it was on the hood, fender, headlight and the bumper. So I called the dealership and mentioned this to them and they said go ahead and go get a repair quote to see what it would cost to repair it and I did and it was $2200. I sent the report over to the manager and the owner and it's been couple of months without hearing back from them of how they going to take care of it. I called them numerous times and trying to be patient. I know people are busy but you have to do right by people. I'm the original owner and now the hood needs to be repainted due to the paint being cracked, due to the car being blue it was hard to notice those damages unless you get really close and zoom in on the damaged area. I didn't think that I had to micro inspect a NEW vehicle when I purchase it I expected that a new vehicle is not scratched up with cracked paint. read more
