This is probably my favorite air-conditioning and heating company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with as you know living in Florida we have constant issues with our air-conditioners and I have been taken advantage of numerous times. However Jeff came out to provide me with a complementary tuneup on my air-conditioning unit for winter maintenance and the technician by the name of Nick came out assessed my system, then gave me a maintenance report that broke down each and everything he recommended should be done to my system he wasn't pushy he was only assertive in the way of keeping my home safe free of any harm due to dust or growth through the ducks and attic and left me with and extremely reasonable price that my husband and I agreed to take him up on it was a few days after the appointment Jeff had said that All Stars team came out and even bettered my experience again I could not be happier I was left with a smile on my face and a clean and happy system I will use this company each and every time I have any issues with my HVAC needs and will also referred them to any friends or family members that I have they are true All-Stars. read more

I came home from work around 8:30 at night and my house was 83 degrees. Worried that I was going to have to take off work the next day to get someone out, and it would be a few days to get it fixed, I knew the original company that put it in went out of business, so I called some 24 hour service companies and no one called me back except for James from All-Star. He came out in minutes that night and found a motor had gone out. I showed him my warranty information and he was able to take down the information. The next morning I received a call that technicians can be out to fix it while I was at work, and I was able to come home to a cool house without having to take off work or spend another night in the heat. He was very professional and polite and did all the leg work checking for the part I needed and getting it all set up and installed. Overall they did a good job but you better pray to God that your AC or heat doesn't break down after hours or on the weekend. I just paid almost $12k about 3 months ago for a completely new HVAC system and I just had my first issue with it. For some reason it stopped working completely. They led me to believe that for the first 2 years I had 24/7 coverage as far as repairs go. Wellll I called around 6 pm and the lady informed me that in the "small print" on the paperwork it states that after hours and on the weekends is a $149 charge for them to come fix my unit. How is that even fair?? Well I'm very upset right now and not a happy camper. I'll have to sweat it out tonight and hope and pray they can fix my AC tomorrow! read more

AWESOME WORK!!! I am so grateful to have been able to have this company service me this past week. I thought I had a UV Light out and found out it was something else that was wrong with my system that caused it to stop working and we were without air. Finally I decided to call around for prices, I called 3 places before I reached All Star and I had the technician come out for a free estimate. Come to find out it was a fuse that was loose and all the tech had to do was tighten it and it worked fine afterwards. My A/C went out just as Hurricane Irma decided to come for a visit. Upon returning from evacuation, I contacted All Star. Found out my HVAC is 24 years old. First we tried the PACE program; however, I am maxed out on that because of the solar harvesting system I have financed through the PACE program. So, Kevin went way above and beyond to get me financed at a low percentage rate for the entire HVAC system. On top of that, while Kevin was working the money side, Jack put a mobile a/c unit in my bedroom so I could have one cold place to go. They are scheduled to replace the dinosaur tomorrow. read more

I had a bad unit that was sold to me by a previous company and it just stopped working one day and when I came home it was scorching in the house.. I called All Star and the came out to inspect my unit.. Came to find out that my unit was an old unit and was about yo go out, so I lost thousands of dollars on a used unit.. So upset.. Have never had a problem with All-Star. They have done the maintenance work on my air handler & air conditioner for about 3 to 4 yrs. I had them replace my duct work that was in the house since it was built back in 1970's. They did a good job. As of yesterday ( 09/13/2016) they put in a New Lennox system. Very happy with Mike & Pat the 2 guy's that installed my new unit. Would recommend them to anybody. James A. does my maintenance work and I would recommend him to. He doe's a great job. read more

My air conditioner took a turn for the worst in mid August! It was 87 degrees inside by noon. I called all star and they calmed me down and came right out! The service man was very helpful and knowledgeable! It didn't take long for us to feel cold air blowing through the vent again! The price was very affordable.
