After about 10 minutes, they send me a text offering me $100.00 for the inconvenience. It felt more like they were offering me the money not to write the review. They did respond to the review stating that someone would be following up within 48 hours but that never happened either. They were very unprofessional and I would not recommend them.

He sent another guy out to check out my system. Fast forward to this summer & I was having a tough time reaching him. I needed new ductwork & I needed the system reinstalled cause it was no longer level. I was in the process of getting estimates when I mentioned Garland air. Well I was talking to a tech when Seth starts texting me. He was on my phone... guess I had accidentally called him. He asked to come out & give me an estimate. I said ok. A few hours later his son showed up who was also very polite. Zeke & Connor crawled under the house & took pics & videos. This was a few days before Christmas. Seth showed up & reviewed everything then gave us an offer. We agreed & he was here at 9am the next morning. They worked all day & night & made sure everything was working great. The next day my husband crawled under the house (old house) to see how it looked. He said it looked very professional. The ducts were tied up off the ground (unlike previous installs) the huge system was completely clean & level. The only thing we had to wait for was the steel cover. The cover finally came in & Seth came to install it today. I was in a meeting so I missed him but he still did a great job. I wanted to update my review because I have had so many terrible AC companies out here. Most of them are unreliable & don't do such great work. The companies that are generally reliable are quite expensive. Garland Air does great work at reasonable prices. I am so glad I accidentally called him that day. I will forever recommend Garland Air. They aren't afraid to get dirty to finish the job. I had at least 5 others out here that gave me estimates for new ductwork yet they never actually looked at the ductwork. I was introduced to Seth a couple years ago and have used Garland for several repairs and maintenance needs. Yesterday, Seth and team evaluated replacing my AC units damaged from a hurricane. Seth recommended repairing the units, at a fraction of the replacement cost. He did the work right then and worked well into the night to finish the job. He was once again very quick to respond, very honest in his evaluation/recommendation, very fair in price and went way above and beyond to get the job done! The other company noted (see photos) that the area around the vent was still dirty, and at least one of the vents (which had recently been painted and had unbroken paint on the screws) looked like it hadn't been opened. When I brought this up to the company and requested a refund, I was told that I had paid for a basic cleaning, which covered the interior of the duct lines but didn't include vents and covers, and that those were covered under a deep cleaning service. I was not informed that there was a difference in cleaning types when setting up the service, and I noted that their website didn't specify this, either. Specifically, their website states, "Utilizing advanced equipment and industry-approved techniques, our skilled technicians meticulously clean all components of your duct system. This includes the supply and return ducts, registers, grills, diffusers, and associated parts." Their website also uses the phrase "beyond basic cleaning" to describe their sanitation and deodorization services--not their register/grille cleaning. After I pointed out via text that their website doesn't distinguish between basic and deep cleaning, I was ghosted. If you're going to pay for this, be aware of what you're getting.
