One reason I chose them they assured me when I need service they will be there to take care of me. Last Sunday, Fathers day my AC system would not work I called Cornerstone who proceeded to tell me the earliest they could be out to fix system was 3 days later. I explained to them the heat index is over 100 degrees and my disabled daughter cannot stay in this heat! Cornerstone would not make any exceptions to get someone out that day for service. A friend of mine advised me to call Egberts AC they were unbelievable getting a service tech out in less than 2 hours and repaired system works perfectly now! They know the filter I need why do I have to see Robert two times at least Last time last year, I said you're leaving before you charged me for the years maintenance. I have had the other owner and one of their techs out on other issues, they are all extremely honest. Today, one of my units stopped working, I called to schedule an appointment, instead of coming out and charging me a fee, he told me to check to see if there was water in the shutoff float, there was, told me to clean it out, problem solved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys!
