The young man that was behind the counter wasn't to knowledgeable about some of the products but on the other hand, I gave him three thumbs up for being honest that he didn't have too much knowledge about the products and the questions that I was asking about, but his smile and eager to please was impressive, and his attitude was awesome to see. He tried his best to give good answers to my questions, but when he did not know, he admitted that and didn't try to upsell me or not try to manipulate me in any way to buy any such product come to find out there was a good product and he showed me all three brands. Honestly I'm hiding ANY time that guy is around. He made me feel like my money wasn't good enough and I seriously wait til Kevin is in so I don't have to talk or feel demeaned by that terrible day attendant. 10-6 avoid AT ALL COSTS (!!) I want to start this review by saying I started coming to this smoke shop because my dad has been…read morecoming here for a while. My experience has been great so far up until today. I purchased 2 vapes yesterday, 6/21 and one of the ones I bought stopped working after I used it for about 10 or so hits. I figured it's quite common since these things do break from time to time. I came back looking to exchange for a new one, since it stopped working not due to my negligence but faulty equipment. And the brand of device I was trying to exchange has a clear tank on it so you can see how much e liquid is left. Like I said, I used it for about 10 or so hits so it's literally full. The worker told me that since I used it, I can't exchange it because it's my fault it broke. He reiterated the fact that these devices, or this particular brand "doesn't break". He asked me questions like, "did you drop it" or "what did you do". So he let me know he'd give me a discount if I wanted another one. Keep in mind, I've been coming here every week and spending $50-100 every visit for the better part of 6 or so months. My dad comes here every week and spends the same. I figure since I am a customer who comes so frequently and spends close to $200 a month here, they would accommodate a replacement for me. Instead, he smirked in my face as if I were lying to him about the device breaking. This place didn't just lose 1 loyal customer, but multiple due to this instance. I could easily afford another pod/vape, but the customer service was unacceptable. Below you'll find a picture of the device I have for reference, the pod pictured is an old one but just wanted to give reference as to what I'm talking about. Safe to say, we will never be coming back here. Many other places you can choose from.
