I was there! The 7-Eleven at North Milpitas Blvd and Washington Dr, just south of Dixon Landing. 7-Eleven is an example of a branded-standardized store. Each store has the same basic items and decor. That's important, because 7-Eleven wants you to trust that a store in Milpitas will carry the same basic items that your hometown store has. The only variables would be: -customer service -cleaniness -amount of stock on-hand -quality of hot foods (holding times) -safety, do you feel safe shopping here? I was at 7-Eleven in Milpitas for about 20-mins waiting for a coworker. I went inside twice to buy things. The cashier was cool and friendly. They were in the process of stocking up, so there were totes everywhere. The hot foods were mostly hotdogs and half a pizza. I would question the holding times. The inside of the store was clean and bright. I felt safe shopping here. The store has a large private parking lot. It doesn't link to the small strip mall next door. So the rather large lot is all 7-Eleven. In the 20-mins I was there, I only saw one person loitering around outside. In general, a good experience. read more

I have been coming to this store for about a few years and during these times I am always able to get pina colada flavor slurpee, I also like that they have other flavor's to choose from, but pina colada is my go to, and I also really like there are a variety of different things to choose from. Today I went there as they offered, buy 2 pizza's get 2 free. I am glad I was able to get this as it was a really great deal. They also gave out free drinks with the pizza's. I have never had a bad experience going to this store as they always make you feel welcomed. The people there has been so nice and professional and the place is always spotless. This is the place that everyone should go to and get whatever food or drinks your looking for, they are always friendly to everyone they come in contact with. read more

They have a deal for two sodas for 4.50 but he rung up the sodas seperate charging us 3.33 for one and 3.33 for the other soda which came up to 6.66 . And we told him the deal was for 4.50 and he said no . Horrible service read more

The management is not very friendly towards people of a certain tone. I would not stop here ever again just because of the treatment I received. Even with that on top I was waiting 15 minutes for the guy at the counter. His remarks and how he treated the guy in front of me gave me that impression. The store didn't even have the drink I was trying to find. But yelling at the guy in front of me was the final straw. When I got to the counter the employee was still angry and started snapping at me. Without any self control why are you working here? read more

When is the best time to make a five-star review on a 7-eleven? On Free Slurpee day! That's right...free slurpee on 7/11 at 7/Eleven. They will give you a small cup to enjoy their drink when you go into the store. I got the bubble gum flavored slurpee and it was too sweet ...but heck it does taste like bubblegum...tho the color looks murky green-ish. I've been a customer of this place for 22 yrs now. I've known pretty much every employee that's worked here since then. From the owner, to the guy who used ro bring his kid, to the older caucasion lady and older chinese guy. They we're all super nice to me the entire time which confuses me about the other reviews on this place. Heck, I've made friends with them, some of which I keep in contact with over facebook I've never had any problems with this place, I go in, I get what I need and I'm out with no problems. Nothing special, but nothing worth minusing stars for at this place. I'll review the workers there since I go here so often. Here's the ones I've encountered. Asian man; He has his good days and his bad days and his tired days. When he's tired he's mellow. When he's good he smiles and cracks jokes every now and then. He's a funny guy. Beard dude: DUDE. This guy is the most passive dude I've ever met. He's so unpredictable. It makes me wanna play poker with him 'cause he has a mad straight poker face. I dunno. He's kinda scary. unlike the parking lot next to this 7-11, there's plenty of parking and many entry/exit driveways. (the other one has only one driveway.) still a bit hungry after a disappointing dim sum eats: big gulp/big bite (2) -good value, dog semi-salty. take outs: -no browsing necessary, almost all 7-11's carry the same inventory, more or less. just go and get what's needed and go.... read more

I understand why this place has such bad reviews. A star because it is 7-11 and I love the Slurpees for movie nights at home. I used to come here all the time when I was younger to grab snacks and drinks. Now that I live back in the area again, I'll tell my friends and family to go to a different one even though it's the closest one to us. Customer service here is the worst! I brought in my 7-11 Slurpee mug and the cashier threatened charge me double because she thought it was too big. Girl, 7-11 has a refill code for that. It's not like I'm bringing in some random bucket and trying to scam the store. No other 7-11 has given me any grief about my refilling my 7-11 mug at all. To top it off, she didn't even scan my app for the drink point when I had it pretty much right in front of her face. Grr... Margins on drinks are so high for you. Way to alienate your customers over something so inconsequential. Gonna hop over the bridge to get my drinks and snacks from the one there instead. At least those guys are nice. read more

Usually if I'm driving to Fremont the back way or just hanging out around the area,I'll go to this one.Their slurpee machine works alot better than many of the others I have been to.Lately,theres 2 people who work there who are totally opposites... First,you have Mrs.Voorhees,who some of you may know as Jason's mom from Friday the 13th.But,dont worry folks,she wont kill you for leaving her son unattended at camp.She'll just try to charge you $5.00 for 2 slurpees and pretend like it aint no thang.Thats right.We were there earlier in the week.One large slurpee.One small. She says "$4.62" I thought thats what I heard so I asked "4.62?" She confirms,"yes". "For two slurpees?"...My mind began to wonder if there was a 500% increase on the price since I last bought one. "Oh...wait." she says. Thats right,old timer,you're not jacking me out of an extra 3 bucks.Even if you do look like Jasons mom. And the other guy who is usually at the counter when I go there...we'll refer to him as Blankman.Cuz he dont smile,he dont talk,he dont make eye contact,he dont say 'thank you,come again'.He dont say a damn thing,thus making him blank man.Yeah,a real personality on this one. No, i only go here because it's right by my house and even then if i can i'll go down the street to 76. The old lady that works here is SLOW and rude. She see's me at the counter and ignores me all the time for 5 mins till i get a pissed look and give her the evil eye. She always has some smart ass thing to say, maybe she just doesn't like asian people because when someone is in front of me she is nice to them. The stuff here is over priced too compared to snacks/stoges a block down. btw that orange hair dye and caked on eyeliner DOES not work for a 60+ yo lady.. gross. Now i know people who work graveyard don't exactly have customer service skills but literally she hates me! as i do her. 2 stars for the manager/owner?( with the kid) who works during the day and some nights, it would be 3 but the old lady leaves to much of a bitter taste in my mouth ew. Went there for a supposedly free slurpee on 7/11, reallt dissatisfied since they want to charge 11 cents for the cup. I said, that's not right, the adds said free! They don't budge, and weird thing is that they sent a 10 yrs old boy to tell everyone that comes in there for the slurpees about the 11 cents charges. Me and another group of people immediately left, go to another 711 not far from this place, and get free slurpee as promoted! I hope the 711 Franchisor will recognize that this establishment is horrible and not following their guidelines! read more
