Kevin has been a delight to know and work with. We moved from Colorado Springs to Georgia. He and his guy weathered unbelievable road conditions, high winds, difficulties and still arrived the day they had told us they would. We wanted them to take longer to ensure their safety as winter storms were terrible with road closures and many other issues. But they insisted and arrived right on schedule. There is definitely a hustle going on here and the "happy" moves must be for moves they want ro post online. Inexperienced team, EXTREMELY unprofessional and dragged what should've been an easy move to double the time. Not sure about the "sweet" and "we'll take care of everything" attitude because that didn't show up at my move. read more

Absolutely do NOT recommend. Hired for a move. Was quoted a price for our entire move. During the move he tried to change the price of the move. Held our belongings in retaliation for over two months. When they finally arrived there were multiple items broken, damaged and scratched. Parts of the van looked like it had been loaded by just haphazardly throwing things in. He had agreed to have four people with the unloading process and only had two, so we helped (our choice) so that we could get it unloaded before dark. He's definitely a sweet talker and knows how to manipulate. Should you decide not to heed this review make sure you get a binding quote from him or he'll just try to get more money from you when he's got your belongings. read more

DO NOT HIRE! The owner, Kevin said he would move our belongings from Colorado Springs to Greene, NY for a set fee of $8500. We agreed. The agreement was for everything in the moving process. Wrapping everything, loading stuff into his vehicles, storing our stuff for about 3 weeks and then bring it to upstate New York and unload everything. After he had one truck loaded he tried to re-negotiate the price. We gave him $6000. up front that day. Having to do it over we would have told him to unload the truck and be gone. Hindsight is 20/20. Anyway he took our belongings to a storage facility. He was supposed to deliver our belongings between December 11th and 17th unless we changed it. We did not. We called him and he said he had to delay. We called again he said he had a truck that broke down. He delayed. We called again and he said his other truck was in an accident. He delayed. We expressed our frustrations and he basically said TOO BAD! He was not going to rent any trucks to bring our stuff out to us because it would cost too much. He delayed again. Finally he told us he was going to load up and head out on January 31st - they arrived on February 2nd with two U-Haul rental trucks. He at first demanded that we pay him an additional $6000 before they unloaded the trucks. They finally agreed to unload the trucks and what did we find? Just as James M. said we had things just thrown in the truck - fragile items on the bottom of piles, broken exercise equipment, tiffany style lamp shade, broken floor and wall tiles, furniture scratched and broken. We gave them a check for the additional 2500 as per our agreement, and have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and also their insurance company for the broken items. DO NOT HIRE! I contacted this company for a last minute packing of a truck. The pictures and the ratings from previous people looked like what we needed/wanted. The owner, Kevin, stated that he found 3 guys that could get the job completed for us. I supplied them with the furniture blankets and strap downs to complete the job. The crew wrapped only one piece of furniture. The front of the truck was loaded correctly with the boxes only and wrapped furniture. Once I saw that I continued to bring things downstairs with a friend to help them load the truck faster, assuming they knew what they were doing. What I failed to see was how they packed the rest of the truck. In the middle they simply threw in our belongings and didn't wrap anything else. At the back of the truck the put up a mattress and a strap to hold it and to also hide the disaster hiding behind it. I attempted to contact the owner. Only to be told he was too busy to call and really didn't seem to care about the product and service he supplied. Don't hire this unprofessional company. Just throw your belongings in the truck. You'll get the same result and it will save you money. read more
