My physical therapist is Shannon. She is knowledgeable, professional, and I never feel rushed. The staff here are extremely nice and friendly. The place is so clean it looks brand new. The equipment is state of the art. The medical team is also working non stop to provide comfort and care. If you have to cancel within 24hrs they have a firm $50 fee but have no problem leaving patients waiting for 20min+ for no explicable reason. Even once you do cancel all appointments they never stop emailing you and send very sketchy attachments that they refuse to explain!!! Must be some sort of scamming attempt bc they never ever reply to the question of what is in the suspicious attachments they are sending to former patients.
