Today I decided to to move forward with the decision to find my daughter therapy to deal with her anxieties. I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Starr. She answered the phone and answered EVERY question I had. She was super personable, understanding, and informative. Although we have not yet been approved by our insurance to get coverage, I know this is the Dr. I would go with. I'm looking forward to seeing her help in the near future. Stay tuned!

Angie, the scheduler, has scheduled my child's appointment not once, not twice, but three separate times, and each time the appointment has been pushed further out. As a parent seeking services for my child, it is incredibly discouraging to continually be delayed without any reasonable explanation. When I called to ask why my child was not receiving fair treatment and why the appointment kept being rescheduled, Angie became unprofessional and ultimately hung up on me. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was left feeling dismissed and unheard. Based on my experience, I would never recommend this clinic to other families seeking services for their children. There appears to be a pattern of poor communication, repeated scheduling issues, and a lack of accountability when concerns are raised. I would strongly encourage referring providers to consider other options for their patients until these issues are addressed. Families seeking timely care for their children deserve better communication, professionalism, and respect than what I experienced here. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to improve how families are treated moving forward.

They assured me multiple times that they take my family's insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). But then, less than 2 weeks before my daughter's appointment date, they called to inform me that they actually don't take my insurance after all. But I could pay $350 for the privilege of visiting them anyway. These people are either incompetent or they are scamming desperate families. Either way, they are not to be trusted. They wasted precious time that I could have spent getting a competent speech therapist for my daughter who would be honest about whether or not they take my insurance instead of trying to scam a cash payment out of me two weeks before my scheduled appointment because they knew I was desperate

Highly recommend this office. We've seen Ashley, Giselle, Nikki, and Jackie. Let me tell you all…read morethese therapists are my favorite. We have been with this office about 2 years now and they are wonderful. They are so helpful with my son's feeding concerns and physical therapy. My son has down syndrome and typically can be a bit stubborn and this team just does so well with him. Highly recommend Jackie and Ashley for OT and Nikki and Giselle for PT. The office is extremely clean, organized and I always feel so safe brining my son because I constantly see cleaning and sanitation. The office has a texting system so texting them instead of calling - should we need to do home hospital and do phone call that day is very simple! All the therapist are very solution oriented and give their honest feedback, we have built a great relationship with this office and I'm so grateful for how hard they work to address concerns with my son! This office has great equipment and all the staff is very friendly. I never feel worried if my son is having a bad day, they redirect and he does so well. The other thing I've noticed is how diverse of patients they have, and how kind and inclusive they are to all. I love that they welcome inclusion and friendships by saying hi! Wonderful place! I'm not easily wowed, however this office has exceeded my expectations over and over again.

That's very important for me as a twin mom with an autistic child. It's been a journey and he always comes out giggling. She's the best. I also want to say my son has started PT as well at this location and Mr. Ryan is so caring and patient. My son always dislikes PT but even though some sessions are challenging he's climbing up on everything and now finally walking down more stains on his own. Mr. Ryan is very passionate and he always takes the time for breaks for my son and gives him swing time when he needs it. Thank you carrico!

The front staff at the Norco location are always incredibly helpful, patient, and welcoming. I tend to ask a million questions, and they never make me feel like a bother, they always take the time to make sure my schedule is taken care of and that I have everything I need. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and very organized. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly, professional, and truly invested in the kids they work with. It gives me peace of mind knowing my son is in such a supportive and positive space. I would highly recommend Leaps and Bounds to any parent looking for services like PT, OT, speech therapy, or any specialized support for their child. We've had nothing but a great experience!

I felt that she did not allow enough time for my child to transition and adjust before ending the session, and her manner felt rushed and harsh. As a parent, I suggested that next time my child be given a brief moment to finish cleaning up the toys, especially since there were still five minutes scheduled for parent discussion, which were not used. She did not acknowledge this suggestion and instead stated that she needed to end the session because she had another patient. At that time, our session had not yet ended, and there were still approximately three minutes remaining in the parent discussion period. I explained that allowing less than 30 seconds to clean up helps prevent triggering my child, as children on the spectrum can be very sensitive to abrupt transitions. Unfortunately, her response and facial expression felt cold and dismissive, which made the interaction uncomfortable. I was disappointed by this experience, as I expected a higher level of patience and understanding from a professional working in this field. Effective therapy requires flexibility, empathy, and collaboration with parents, and I did not feel those qualities were demonstrated during this session.
