Please please please be weary of going to this establishment. Here are a few concerns : -The restroom for the patients is disgusting! One of the stales is out of order . Ok - that's fine . But the rest of the bathroom is dirty . Where the seat covers are suppose to be is used toilet paper and the toilets are dirty . The toilet seat cover area is used for soiled toilet paper ( imagine the staff refilling it with seat covers without sterilizing it). - The assigned therapist doesn't give you the time . Elizabeth & Cristina are amazing! Elizabeth works very well with you to accommodate your schedule. Cristina focused so much on my son during PT and giving him her full attention during the session. She sent him home with exercises to work on. You can feel the passion and knowledge these girls have in helping people out and getting them to success. read more

Came in a week before my appointment and filled out the paperwork and gave her my Social Security number and my Drivers license. Arrived for my appointment and she states she does not have the copy my social security number and drivers license and needs me to fill out the paperwork again. A few days before my appointment. Took my dad here for physical therapy for his back (DDD). Priya really took care of us and provided us with quality treatment. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions that we had. My dad definitely sees improvement from the time we started a month ago. Both the staff at the front and the PT were highly professional and very courteous. As for the facility, it is very clean and organized. I this facility has most, if not all, the essential equipment necessary. If you're a busy person who needs physical therapy this is the place for you. The therapist are great. They explain everything then let you get to it. If you want a place where you do things slowly and sit around and waste a lot of time this isn't the place for you. A lot of reviews complain about the front desk. The only negative thing I can say is the place is crowded but the therapist manage that pretty effectively the only downside is the front desk stay pretty occupied with people in the office which is the reason it's hard to reach them on the phone. So if you want to talk to them I recommend going to the office. The staff are helpful and nice just extremely overwhelmed. read more

I'm so impressed with the front office. I didn't have my referral or insurance card and they looked everything up despite being so busy and kept a smile on their face the entire time. I've been twice and they are always juggling so much, but their tone is so refreshing and kind. I'm floored because I have never been to an office so sweet (beside my pediatricians office). I called at 1155, not knowing they take a lunch at 12-1. They put me on hold, without telling me I'm on hold. I could hear people in the background as they quickly put me on hold. So they decided to put me on hold in hopes I would just hang up instead of helping me for 2 minutes. I didn't know lunch was from 12-1 so I waited on hold for 15 minutes!! I hung up, and called right back to get their message about their hours and their lunch break. They said to leave a message. Well their mailbox for messages is FULL!! Now I'm pissed that they could not answer the call that came in before noon, or at least put their message on first if they are going to lunch early because then at least I wouldn't be on hold for 15min waiting for NO ONE to answer for an HOUR. Why transfer me to a hold. Very unprofessional. We'd go somehwere else but this is the only place our insurance will let us go. Also you all need to empty your voicemail box. read more

I recently suffered severe burns on my whole face resulting in the inability to wear a mask due to mask friction with healing skin and topical ointment. My appointment was for 8am. I was first to arrive with 10 people behind me. When I entered the office, the receptionist told me that if I did not wear a mask then I could not be seen. I pleaded with them to put me in another room, and that if I could wear a mask that I would, but that my condition was hindering me from doing so. She continued to tell me that "per the CDC guidelines, all medical offices require patients to wear a mask even if they have a medical condition warranting then not to!" I was beyond embarrassed. I recognize that we are all worried about contracting COVID (as I am a Medical Assistant myself) but to state CDC guidelines incorrectly to patients with medical conditions preventing them from wearing masks is uncalled for. I hope this review hinders those from using this facility if they can help it. Poor education and lack of customer service is what they will receive. read more

Great group of therapist all great in all areas. I came in with excruciating foot and leg pain. My consult was thorough and clear with all the information that she saw and explained it to me so I could understand well. They take their time and each therapist is great. My only complains are the front office receptionist is cold towards patients. Often ignoring them and making them wait and wait to make an appointment. read more

United Therapy Network. I can't say much about what the other location of Network is like, but United Therapy Network located at 10470 Foothill Blvd, Rancho Cucamonga is the worst Therapy location experience We have ever had. The Physical therapist are helpful, but the Office staff gave off the impression that they could care less about the client. I received my Authorization Back in May 2022, since this office never answer the phone and only allows you leave a message. It took about a month to final schedule that appointment in June, and the United Therapy Network only allowed us to schedule two appointments at a time. Since June we have only been able to schedule about 6 visits. The other big issue I have, is that the United Therapy Network has no issue with calling us the morning of our appointment or even hours before our appointment and cancel because of staff issues. Then for us, there Client to spend weeks try to reach them to re schedule the appointment they cancelled. After trying to get United Therapy at Rancho Cucamonga to return my call for couple weeks, this week was the final straw. I called on Sept 26, left message to call me back and why, the answer machine always says the call by the next day but they never do. Tuesday I called again and mentioned this was my second call of the week. I did the same for Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, each day reminding them that this was 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th and final call. Not once they United Therapy Network office staff return our called. I was given the impression that office staff just consider us a number, and could care less if we get help at this office. They still get paid if they help client or not. I recommend looking for a different Therapy network whose staff care. Also for those of you that don't know, you can request your referring doctor and Insurance Company to assign a different Therapy Network. Which in my option you will be happy that you did. read more

Went in with our 5 year old daughter to get her started for speech therapy classes, after the consultation we were told we'd get a call to set up some classes to work on her speech, that was in December and we still have not heard back. Luckily her school is helping us out and working towards our daughter's speech improvements. read more

If you're looking for a turn and burn style operation go here. This place is all about the paycheck from the moment you interact with whatever is at the front desk to the actual therapists. ...no one gives a shit. The level of care here is horrendous, they actually made me worse. Also NEVER book the last hour of the day, everyone there can't wait to leave at 5pm to go happy hour and indulge their guilty pleasures. Typically you want the people helping you to be knowledgeable and actually practice what they preach. Not here...I see the same people every week, no one seems to be improving. Waiting room is packed, like overbooked packed. But hey whoever owns this place congrats...at least someone is making out like a bandit on the desperation and unfortunate of others who are actually hoping to improve their lives. I was actually advised to go get a gym membership and go work on my own when I tried to speak up about the care, I have a fractured spine. Lawsuit waiting to happen. My son has been going here for speech therapy the last two years after the disaster that was Horizon Therapy and boy, what a difference...my son has VASTLY improved and the front office is stellar...they are ALWAYS on top of it and I have seen several different people in there already so it is more a product of the environment than experience...everybody who walks in here is known by their first name and is always happy when they leave...we have not had ANY of the issues that we previously had at the other place...I am very satisfied with this place and would definitely recommend... read more
