These people are the ONLY people you should use when Smogging your vehicle. The price beats all others. The speed of service beats all others The friendliness and hospitality beats all others ( you won't find friendliness and hospitality at any others) What more do you need? These people should be getting all the smog business in the area. The other smog shops don't seem to care whether you use them or not. These cute ladies ushered me in with a smile. One jumped in my truck and was under my hood before I could get the paperwork filled out. Another pretty lady had me filling out the forms and paid in about 5 minutes. In about 15 minutes I was driving away. And again, the price was cheaper than ALL the other shops. I'm going to take all my vehicles there, and have my cars serviced there also. I filled out my forms and hung out in the lobby. In 15 minutes they let me know I was all done and set. I paid by card, chatted a minute and was on my way. Called to lock in my quoted and showed up within 30mins of calling in. They got me in and out within 15mins. Price was perfect, especially in today's economy. Fast , easy, super sweet staff . I had to get my smog done asap , found this place on Yelp and saw that it was run by all women staff which was great especially being a woman. Sometimes you go to auto shop or anything that has to do with your vehicle and being a women by yourself, the service can be intimidating. It was in and out within 15 mins . Arrived to find one vehicle partly in the inspection bay, one person waiting in the waiting room, and the individual answering the phone appeared to be asleep when I entered. I was advised there was a waiting period of 1 1/2 hours and was told I could not make an appointment as they operated only on a drive-up basis. I requested smog quotes through Yelp and immediately got several replies. I just went with the cheapest place. All Star Smog quoted me $40 including certificate. I called yesterday and they said no wait. I went down and was greeted right away. I filled out something, handed him my key and sat in the office. Less than 10 minutes later he was processing my payment and handing me paperwork. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. How awesome is that?.
