The gentlemen we had were friendly and took care of all of our luggage. The company has great communication. We were scheduled to be picked up at 4:45am but at around 9pm the night before I started getting nervous that we should leave a few minutes earlier, so I sent them an email asking if we could leave at 4:30am instead, really not expecting anyone to respond in time. They actually emailed me back within 10 minutes and confirmed the earlier pick-up time. Then, our return flight landed at PDX (an unheard of!) 40 minutes early. As soon as we touched down I texted the number to see if there would be any way someone could come pick us up for 40 minutes earlier than planned, again not necessarily expecting a response - especially since it was close to midnight. However, they texted me back instantly that my driver would be in touch with me soon, and sure enough our driver texted me within a few minutes. By the time we grabbed our suitcases off of the conveyor and walked a few minutes to the curb, our driver was already there and waiting despite us being 40 minutes early - and, again, it was close to midnight on a Wednesday. We are customers for life!

He was attentive and patient, even when I called him multiple times with questions. The manager, Rasheem, met us at baggage claim. Our driver, Zhieco, was professional and friendly. He helped us get our (very heavy) luggage into the hotel. On the other hand, the company I called first did not give me a chance to explain why we needed help at baggage claim. As soon as he heard that, he immediately said he couldn't help me. He threatened to post my phone number online when I wrote him a one-star review. I was shocked. I would've taken it down, regardless, because I don't post bad reviews. So, I was especially glad to talk with Hewar on my second phone call. I highly recommend Elite. If I ever need a service like this again, I will for sure call Hewar.

We chose an awesome 26 person party limo that was to include all the bells and whistles (Bluetooth stereo, lights and what not) and purchased decorations and set up the playlist for our guests. Literally 5 minutes before the limo bus was to arrive, we get a call from (a supervisor?) Sarah saying that there was a mechanical issue with our limo and that they would be sending an alternative one. Well, what arrived was a 50 person charter bus with no working Bluetooth radio. I had to run in my house and grab a small handheld Bluetooth radio just so we didn't ride in silence. And while it was nice to have a larger bus, it was actually too big. People were so spread out with the traditional seating, we weren't able to socialize (the whole point of us choosing the other style). Our driver Raul was fantastic and the bus was clean and stocked with plenty of water, but he arrived late and we didn't leave on time. That ended up cutting our first stop's time by 30 minutes. Also, we had a strange situation happen where the back door blew open while we were on a bridge and our driver had to pull over to close it. Pretty wild waving to the cars riding behind us while in motion. While our event was salvaged by our understanding party goers and a happy birthday guy, I am deeply upset with the switcheroo I felt was played on us. I didn't want to go online and complain but we did not get any follow-up from an email sent requesting a partial refund as we didn't get what we prepaid for. $2k is a lot of money to be spending on a basic bus with no stereo. I would not recommend this service as they didn't provide the product paid for, and they didn't try to right the situation afterwards. 1 star for the friendly driver and clean bus and water.

HUGE safety concern!! We reserved the Mini-V party and were driving on I-205 when the buses doors…read morestarted rattling and flew open. We had to pull over and our driver secured the doors back shut... then this happened 3 more times. It was really scary and someone could have gotten seriously injured!! I'm frustrated that I have not been able to get in contact with a manager to address this issue and want to prevent this from happening again. Our bus driver said the issue with the doors was known, and parts were on-order which means this could have been prevented and I do not appreciate the decision to allow us to ride on the bus. This was such a negative experience since our driver was also 30 minutes late to pick up (she went to the wrong address) and stopping 3 times on the freeway caused us to have to cancel our stop, and turn around to get to the event we were planning on attending. She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury.
