I like that you are able to see the Ninja warrior group easily through the window. The facilities are usually clean and updated. The waiting room and parking lot can get crowded when there's a lot of classes going on, which makes it hard sometimes. You can view the kids in gymnastics, with the cameras they have connected on the TV, which can get difficult to see sometimes as well.

Besides receiving the nastiest looks on the planet, no one said so much as a hello nor introduced themselves. Acknowledged my children? Not a chance. Okay, a smile for the birthday girl? You guessed it. At this point I'm so uncomfortable, I offer to help set up to perhaps shift the energy. They deferred. We enter the gym and thankfully the kids were able to enjoy because as I said above, the facility is very nice. The staff members softened after my mother said something because frankly, it was upsetting. If you're a parent, you know birthdays are a huge milestone so a little kindness goes a long way in making the day special. Admittedly, I am probably too laid back and should have something but I was too stunned by their behavior. Forget the extra special touches that literally every other facility does such as music preferences of the birthday child, I didn't even want to interact because they were so unfriendly and wildly unapproachable. Party ends and you better believe they were vacuuming and spraying tables by the literal minute the party ended. My kids see their cousins about twice a year and I couldn't even enjoy the moment because I felt the eyes glaring for us to leave. I am imploring you to take your hard earned money elsewhere.
