Before we took our camper to All Stars RV, I looked at its reviews and they were mostly favorable. But that was not our experience at all. After 11 months, we took our camper to another facility to complete repairs All Stars still had not done. All Stars could or would not schedule our repair. In hindsight, I think it doesn't have scheduling software (it seems to manage repairs with plastic sleeves full of customer information hung on multiple walls in the office). We dropped our camper off to wait its turn. Colton Swan (owner's son) told us we would have it back in 8 weeks. It actually took 4 months (twice as long) to complete only some of the repairs, but we needed the camper so we took it. After we picked the camper up, the warranty company told me repeatedly that All Stars had not given it what it needed to authorize more repairs. To speed things up, I wrote words for Colton to send to the warranty company in an email. He told me he could not send emails to it. But he later admitted he could and he even sent me an email he had received back from the warranty company. In the end, I sent a letter to the warranty company with the information it needed and it authorized an additional five repairs. I asked Colton to order parts for those repairs right away. After three weeks, I called about the additional repairs. No one answered. I left a voicemail, asking about the repairs. No one ever responded to my message. I called again the next day and again the day after that and still got no answer. We ended up going on a trip without having the repairs made. During our trip, the thermostat (one of the repairs not yet made) failed completely. We had to figure out how to install a new thermostat while we were sitting in the campground. When we got back home 6 weeks after I asked Colton to order parts, I emailed him about the rest of the repairs. He did not respond. Two days later, I called and he happened to answer. When I was talking to him, he checked a vendor's website and told me it was in the process of shipping a new oven (one of the repairs). In other words, Colton did not order the oven until he got my email six weeks after I asked him to order parts. And he still had not ordered any of the other parts. When we got the oven installed, I asked Colton to refund what we had paid for one of the repairs the warranty company later authorized. Colton referred us to Rob, his father and owner of the company. Rob told me he would not give us a refund because it would screw up his computer. Huh?! I told Rob I was frustrated that Colton had taken so long to order the oven and that he still had not ordered any of the other parts. Rob told me that was in the past and he prefers to live in the present. I'm not kidding. That's really what he said. Then he told me I could yell at him all I wanted. I did not want to yell at him. I just wanted to get the repairs made. Rob ended up shrugging his shoulders and walking away. After we left All Stars that day, I sent Colton an email to make sure he had ordered the other parts. He never responded. By then, it was then 11 months after we first dropped our camper off at All Stars. I contacted another repair facility to complete the remaining repairs. I am happy to report the new repair facility is far more responsive than All Stars. read more

I have been taking my RV to All Stars RV for a few years now and have always been totally satisfied with their service from the beginning. They are prompt and professional with their service and also give good advice to those who need help. Took my RV in because I had a leak from either the gray tank or black tank. After my rig sat for several weeks in the yard, they called back and said it was the black tank. Another 6 weeks past and Colton and Katlynn were very rude when I asked for follow up information and why the repair was taking so long. They told me they didn't have time to call customers back when there was no update to provide. Isn't that customer service? Needless to say the whole experience took 12 weeks to get my rig back and now I find out the warranty is only for 90 days parts and labor and I'm not even using my RV until May 2023. So much for the warranty! I'm sorry, I cannot refer friends or family to this RV repair shop. read more

Wow! talk about great customer service. Even if they're super super busy they make every effort to get to you as soon as possible. I had my satellite TV installed in my camper I can't say enough great things about how that family has taken care of me. Eric/Erik is a super tech that has great knowledge about RVs and electronics. They never considered the job done until I had a complete understanding of how the system will work, to avoid any frustration once I'm on the road or in a campground. I did my research prior to having the work done and to my pleasant surprise there final bill was very fair. As a business owner I believe they have found the perfect recipe. Great people. I just had my new wiring installed for the seven round Trailer Connection, after buying a new camper, and as I was leaving to go I just found out that the cord from the trailer wasn't long enough to plug in. No brakes oh, oh no. No lights double oh no. I called and these guys build a custom extension cord for me in about 10 minutes so that it was ready by the time I got to them. I don't know whom other reviewers talked to that saying they had good customer service. I called them today to follow up with our RV that got dropped off a week ago. The woman on the phone was nasty and there was not one trace of customer service in her tone. Basically she said they didn't have time to even look at our RV 6 weeks from now. She lectured me that I should have known this before I dropped it off and RV repair shop is ran differently than a garage. Why did they tell us to drop the RV off so early if they weren't planning working on it? Have it sit in the sun and not to do anything about it? Plus when we dropped it off the front desk didn't mention about the timing issue. Otherwise we wouldn't have left it there because we have a trip coming up in 3 weeks. It took us half day to get the RV from the storage and then drive to this place to drop off. All we got is this nasty woman. Now we need to spend half day to pick it up and put it back to storage. We have informed the folks who referred us to this place what lousy services we received. Hope people read my post won't waste their time. read more

Told us 4-6 weeks for our camper to Be pulled in. Took 13 weeks to get it back. After my reaching out to them on several occasions. Poor communication. Repair is adequate. Seem to have misplaced the camper decals that we purchased ahead of time for repair. Reconnected the battery for some reason and now it's permanently dead. Will definitely go elsewhere if need additional repairs. read more

Wow. Really great experience here having wiring work done our 31' Class C motorhome. It involved relocating electrical components as a part of a remodel project to the rear bedroom. We travel full-time in our RV and have been to shops around the country, but this stands out as most knowledgable, honest, and fairly priced. The work was extremely well done and on time, while also taking into consideration our input. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop or take my RV back for future repairs. AMAZING! They'll bend-over-backwards to get your RV repaired. Extremely knowledgeable and was approved by our manufacturer (DRV Mobile Suites) to perform warranty work. Our $140K 5th-wheel had slight exterior damage and the repair/paint work was flawless. Small supplies store, however, you can pretty much find what you'll need or they'll go to the service bay and help you out if they can. I watched them hand a gentleman a few fuses and since he was a regular they just said, "it's on the house". Love the owner, Rob and his son is a recent college graduate is an added asset to this company. I own 3 RV's and wouldn't think of going anywhere else! read more

These guys are rock stars! My business depends on a well-running generator. Unfortunately, the brand new one I just had installed on my trailer was having voltage issues. Upon investigation, Eric at All Stars discovered a manufacturing/installation error. He corrected it in no time at all and had me back to work. Not only did he repair my generator, he and his staff are working with my generator supplier and installer to determine what is covered with warranty. Bought a new furnace from all star for almost 400 dollars and now it will not shut off and now they cannot get to until 3 weeks to month. It is no longer under warranty. No help at all to me. read more

I purchased a 2019 Keystone Alpine. NEW. It had a long list of issues so I called the warranty service center for Keystone that was closest to my house. (All Star RV). They said they could not look at it until October when I called in August to see about bringing it in. I took it to them in October and they said they "may not be able to get to it until December sometime. They also knew it needed a new counter top in the kitchen. The new counter top had already been approved by Keystone and they knew that. They decided to wait to order it until they started looking at the RV which didn't happen until February. That is when they actually looked at it for the first time. That is also when they ordered the new counter top which was sent broken by Keystone. SO I had to wait until mid April to pick up the rig. The 2nd counter was also broken when it arrived and now the plant is closed due to Covid-19. It sure would have been nice if they had not waited almost 6 months to order the new counter. One of the other big issues I had was that the furnace was placed right by the bed. The furnace is very loud and makes it hard to sleep. It was on the list of repairs but because they waited so long to look at it, they left me with the feeling they did not even know what the problem was. So I explained it to them again and again. I even asked the tech to lay on the bed so he could feel the vibration but he refused. Both the tech and the owner (Robert) were quick to say it sounded louder than any they had herd before but Keystone would not be willing to pay them for more trouble shooting. (More than the 1/2 hr that was supposedly taken). Therefore they had to say it was working within normal parameters. IT IS NOT!!! Now, just a couple weeks later and after using the furnace for just a few hours, it has stopped working all together. ALL STAR RV's SOLUTION? Bring it back here and we will try to get to it in the next 4-6 weeks. The people working at All Star RV seem very nice and genuinely interested until they are tested. Then they say things like "I am not going to argue with you" when you simply try to explain a concern. They are telling me they are going to try and order yet a 3rd counter to replace the cracked one from when the RV was first purchased. NO THANKS! I will have someone else do it. Someone that will not take 4-24 weeks to complete the job. As far as the furnace, I will put a couple space heaters in and keep my fingers crossed, as I can not stay with the RV for the next few days and she is all hooked up. THANKS FOR KEEPING MY RV 6 out of the first 9 months of it life and then returning it unprepared ALL STAR RV!!! read more

If I could offer more than 5 stars I would. I've worked with these guys 5-6 times in the last 2 years. We are brand new to camper ownership and every time I've worked with them, called them, and even dropped in for free advice they've always been wonderful to work with. I asked if they could look over a camper I was buying to inspect it. Ended up not taking it in but they said "sure" without hesitation. Their advice is sound and they don't try to charge for unnecessary things. Price wise, they seem on par with other RV maintenance companies but if you are looking for someone to fix/maintain your camper I would recommend these guys hands down. Mike in particular has been one of the main people in the office I talk to and he's a really nice guy. read more
