We decided to look fo a different carpet cleaner and found APEX CARPET CLEANING on Angi's. Hired APEX. APIX was wonderful. They called as promised before arriving at the arranged time. Chris arrived precisely on time. Reviewed the rooms and issues to be addressed and proceded to do the cleaning. We were not sure he could get all areas cleaned. Charlie and Mannie came out to inspect the damage a few days later and stated that basically the damage done by the machine was due to poor installation of the tile by the original contractor. When asked how much it would costs to repair, Charlie stated $250.00. First of all, I would have thought that Renu would have covered the repair since it was their equipment that caused the damage. It's easy to blame it on the contractor who installed it year's earlier, right! I told them that was too much, so Mannie said how about $200 when I did not reply he then said how about $175.
