I stumbled upon All Tech while I was Googling for a smog inspection shop. Called and was quoted $50 for my 2011 F-150. I decided to set an appointment since the shop was near to where I lived and the price was competitive. Arrived for my 8am appointment for the next day. I was surprised to see that All Tech is a modern clean facility and that most the Yelp photos do not depict the new building All Tech has moved to. There were several service advisors working and I was helped as soon as I entered. I used the $10 off Yelp coupon which made the price $40! Service advisor was polite and within several minutes processed my paperwork. I had several cups of coffee from their machine while waiting 15 minutes in their waiting room. Overall I was quite pleased with my experience and am highly considering taking my truck into All Tech for my next service. read more

I have taken all 3 of my cars to All Tech over the past 3 years. Very satisfied with the level of service. I live in tollhouse and I can arrange a loner if needed for longer repairs. It can get busy, but I don't see that as a bad thing. Great modern shop in a good location. 5 stars read more

Took my son's car there to get a smog check and they did an excellent job. They not only did the smog check for a great price they also fixed the radio that hadn't been working in months. I found All Tech a few years ago when one of my 4 cars at the time needed a smog. We have usually taken our cars to the dealer (on the vehicles under warranty) or my father, who was a mechanic. Since my father retired and our cars are no longer under warranties, we have been using All Tech for all of our vehicles and have been very pleased with their work. I took my camaro Z28 there with a coolant leak and they had the whole job done the next day! they have a no-nonsense approach and tell you in a practical way what else needs to be done without trying to upcharge you like other shops. We have been coming to All Tech since 2005 when we moved here. Our cars are a 1998 and 2006. Billy and Marc always take the time to explain what is going on and how to get the best bang for our buck. Their 12,000 mile warranty is great . We called across country as we were driving and broke down in Texas. They told us what is could be and what to do.( We still had a warranty). 5 stars all the way. And the ice cold water is great too! read more

I took my vehicle to this station for smog repairs via BAR CAP Program. Apparently they hooked my car up to pretest it and it passed smog. They had my car for two days and did not call me to let me know it had passed. When I called to check on it, they told me it would be a three-four day process but I could come pick it up because it was passing. Which made know sense to me. When I went to pick it up, one of the guys at the front desk was rude when I asked why they hadn't called me to inform me of the repairs. This place did not call to tell me my car passed smog and kept it for two days and would have kept it longer, had I not called. Racking up more charges! read more

I will never again take a car here. We took our in for a timing chain and by the time that they were done, the car had been back 5 times because they had screwed something up. In the end, the car was so bad that I finally had to get rid of it because of what it would have cost me to fix their errors. They don't stand behind their work. If I could give zero stars I would. I went here for a brake and lamp inspection and received a whole list of other things they said I should do to the vehicle - basically trying to get more money out of me. The brake inspection passed fine and all lamps work except the brake lamp bar on top of back Tahoe door, which is not necessary for legal driving. Long story short they wanted to charge me $789.00 to change one fog lamp, the brake bar lamp, and add on a fog lamp lens. I have never heard of business so ridiculously over priced on top of that trying to look for problems to squeeze the customer even more. They were no help when I decided to say "I will do it on my own" and they completely sluffed me off since I wasn't going to bite on their highway robbery. They should not be in business! read more

I found this place on yelp and it so happened that I walked in during grand opening for their new location. I did not realize that they've been around a long time and friends have recommended them after I already tried them. I've taken my cars there for various reasons now, and I am happy with their service. Jeremy and Greg are great with customer service. My experience has been pleasant. Being a woman, it has always been my pet peeve, walking into an auto repair place. More times than not, I've been treated like a three-year-old. I don't know how many times I've taken my car into places and they tried to rip me off, especially the dealerships! Woman = dumb to them. I always end up getting a second opinion. Really? Every place tries the "brake drum" story or radiator leaks. It gets old. My Alltech experience has been extremely pleasant, and the work has been done completely and reasonably. A year and a half ago I had the exhaust manifold on my Wrangler replaced by All Tech. Twice since then it has rattled loose. Covered under warranty, All Tech would bolt it back on and it would be fine. (They made it seem like was inconveniencing them) It just happened again and I took it to a different shop. The manifold had warped and all of the bolts were stripped. Go to All Tech if you like getting ripped off and substandard work. read more

I just recently went to AllTech because my vehicle did not pass smog. They are a test and repair station that said they had a guy there that is a "Whiz" at fixing Mercedes. This was a lie. Next, after we took the car there, the guy at the front lamented that the car was old and had high miles. I KNOW this, you don't need to point it out. I wonder if they tell all their customers (that have older cars) that their car is old and has high miles. At 21 years old/15,000 miles average per year this car would have 315k miles. I don't have that many miles, it's less than 255k. Runs great, just has check engine light on. It seemed like it was an inconvenience and to much work because they kept emphasizing the age and mileage, or maybe that meant that they were gonna ream me on the cost to repair it. IDK. Onto the rest of what happened, I'll cut to the chase. Talked to Nate, did diagnostics, he said 13 codes came up, the other people that have checked out this car only came up with 4 at the most, agreed that we would just fix item that have a direct correlation to emissions. I wrote down the things that we talked about and i find out after picking up the car, hubby looked over the bill, they charged me $67 dollars for a dipstick. Even though I am a woman i know the difference between a dipstick and a leak in the dipstick tube. I authorized for them to change the tube because i certainly don't have the equipment to fix it. He told hubby that he told me it was the dipstick. I've got 2 extra ones here at home, why would I authorize something that I have here at home?. He told my husband that he put a new o-ring on it also. Then they also charged me twice the cost that Smith Auto charges for an O2 sensor. To say the least, get everything in writing from these guys, if not, they will probably do the ol' bait and switch on ya and then screw you on the cost to repair it. read more

First come/first served so a bit of a wait, but the guys were professional and friendly and the price for smog was cheaper than several other places checked. I called three local smog places, and Alltech had the best price (running a special). I would have given them more stars, but the final interaction was poor. Very friendly service writer on the phone and when I got checked in. Smog check took nearly 2 hours. A customer who asked how long I had been there (i wasn't really paying attention initially) said she had been there already an hour and I had been there before her. She went and complained, and the squeeky wheel wins; her's was the next car to get checked. When I suggested next time that the cars go in order to the service writer when I was paying he said, no she was here before you. My response, then I guess both customers (her and I) were wrong. Oh well. If you have plenty of time, not in a hurry, great place for the price. read more

I became an Alltech customer about 3 years ago at the urging of a friend. Up until now, I have never really trusted mechanics I had used in the past. I am a gal. I'm not mechanically moronic but I have experienced several mechanics who treated me as such in the past. I'm done looking. These guys are MY guys. I trust them. They explain everything, what they need to do, what will need to be done at some point and how to best care for my vehicles. I entrust my F250 diesel along with my little Honda accord. They keep me maintained and help me manage my vehicle care for the long haul. I find them to be honest, kind and quite patient with me and good at what they do with quick turn arounds!!!!. My 2004 ford diesel has passed each time and my other vehicles are new cars and leased, so repairs are unnecessary.
