There were a series of excellent reviews. I sent hima a message and he got back to me right away. When we spoke, Ian himself walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. In a world where so many companies push for paid visits, this level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and genuinely appreciated. When I called, it turns out he refused to give me an invoice because he thinks I am going to commit fraud all because I asked him the day that he was here if he is licensed bonded and insured which is a normal question to ask of a contractor. He accused me of trying to commit fraud when he was the one who spent two hours here and couldn't even figure what the problem is all the time saying that he had to leave to buy his mom lunch.

Alex spent his valuable Sunday evening to go over how I can resolve this billing dispute with the other contractor. Carlos was the very nice technician who came for the initial inspection. He was involved in the project the whole time. We appreciate him for all his work inside the house, & not beating around the bush to let us know exactly what our house needed. In order to add that 200 amp panel, we had to relocate panel locations, which involved having to cut half of our lemon tree. To our surprise, Arturo & Manny were able to cut the tree for us, and they even cleaned up the mess and took the trash with them (& picked/saved our lemons for us).
