Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. Diego took responsibility and covered the cost of the plumber to repair the line. He was also able to get a good referral on stucco work that needed to be done near the panels.
