He sent someone that day. I will say we are nice and cool now and it was just a random issue nothing serious, took 5 mins to fix. I would like to thank the Owner for being a true stand up business man and making it right for us as a consumer. His technician came both visits and was a very nice young man. Comfort sworet hey fixed the issues but did not show me photos that I asked for. Recently, now ten months later and I had a second audit from the electric company. The recent audit found additional tears that Comfort had not repaired. The new HVAC service company charged me $350 to make the insulation taping and insulation that Comfort had failed to do, and lied about completing the job. Now I've overpaid on attic energy leaks for ten months and incurred an additional $350 to bring it up to standard. Champion does not hire qualified staff. Polite staff are worse than useless.

Every service tech that came out tried to sell me a new system. The service manager came out and told me I need a new blower motor for $2,600, that Trane blower motors are expensive to replace due to electronics and programming. They installed the blower motor and the system still did not work. I found an honest, competent firm that diagnosed the problem in 30 minutes, repaired the system for $375, and informed me that my new blower motor was not a Trane part but an aftermarket part that costs about half as much. DO NOT use this company, they are crooked.

I call Full Air AC Repair to get Freon put in my unit. Justin came out for $110 and told me…read moreexactly what I already knew.... That my unit needed Freon. He said the Freon would cost about $750 and that I had a leak and needed stop leak and it would need to be changed to take a different kind of Freon because R22 is not available anymore. (It's available on Amazon). Anyways he quoted $2,000 to put Freon or $9,000 for a new unit. (I'm like I could get a couple of window units for cheape.) I asked him to put a duct back on that the water heater guys knocked off and he told me that he didn't have any supplies on the truck. After he left, I thought that I would consider putting Freon in myself. I went out to look at the unit and I heard a hissing sound coming from a valve. I took a video and sent it to him and asked about it. He said he could've hear anything. (The Freon that was in my unit was being drained!) I called someone else and they came out and put a new valve stem, reattached my duct, filled the unit with nitrogen to see if it would hold, then recharged my unit with 6lbs of Freon for $460. I highly recommended that everyone look elsewhere for their hvac needs. I saw these great reviews and thought I was getting some honest help. Nope!
