The Mechanics are great, and honest. It's the lady in the office that can't be trusted. Mechanics say 45$ for each tire(my size) the lady in the office tells me 50$ a piece. Okay that not something to trip about... Until I asked her, how much for a wheel alignment. She says 100$, I say okay not today. As the mechanic is finishing up my tires I ask how much for a wheel alignment, my man tells me 80$ lol So either they don't have standardized prices and don't communicate with each-other or she's steady trying to get over on people whether it's 5$ per tire or 20$ for wheel alignment. That being said I won't be coming back and suggest you all be cautious of this behavior. Great mechanics though.. read more

I had a flat tire today on the 210 fwy in Rialto west bound. When triple A recommended a different tire store to tow my car to, I thought I would check other tire places. And at the last minute I found Fontana Tire Center. So I asked the tow truck to reroute to Fontana Tire Center. They were very gracious, very polite and kind people. I like their honesty. I had running boards for my 2022 Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid installed at this location. Their team is professional and timely with their services. I was kinda an annoying customer because my parts came in pieces from Toyota so my visit was kinda last minute, and a lot of back and forth rescheduling, but they were very accomodating and from the outside looking in - they're willing to experiment and branch out on their skills to help you meet halfway on what you want for your vehicle. Well... where do I start? First off I found this place by accident. I was looking for somebody to work on my 2022 4runner by installing a lift kit, uca's, wheels & tires. While I was comparing shops, Javier the manager message me through yelp & answered all my questions with no hesitations. He is very knowledgeable with what he does & not a "BS" type of sales person. He gave me the best lift kit, uac, wheels & tires along with alignment & balancing with my budget. They even have a re-torquing check up after you've driven the car for a couple of miles. He also did a huge favor for me by installing my rock slider that I purchased somewhere else at NO extra charge. This place is a hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the locating. All they do is quality work & the workers are super nice as well. I would really recommend this place. If you don't believe me try calling them and ask for Javier and you'll see how helpful he is. My tire had a small metal pipe sticking out and draining air, I asked here on yelp for an estimate for tire repair and the response was fast and good. I went to the shop first thing in the morning and did not have to wait long for my tire to get fixed, it took about 15 minutes. Price is very reasonable too. His crew installed a 4 inch lift kit with 35s on my truck which came out amazing. The crew that worked on the truck were acknowledgeable which eased my concerns. Let me tell you something, the shop owner was really on yelp talking to me all day right before his shop was about to close. This man drove wherever he had to drive for just 2 tires... not even a full set of 4 tires with less than 2 hours before his shop closed too! I showed up at his shop around 4:35 because the deal he shared with me in our messages was WAY WAY better than these big commercial and local spots for a great quality tire. I'm super happy I was able to get this done, and with the effort he put up front without actually having my business yet.
