    Just purchased a new out of the box electric range LG and at a good price. But the price that was…read moreonline was great but NOT what I was charged. When I text and asked yazmin she just said online was not accurate. A whole 100$ more not accurate. 95$ for delivery which is standard price but this young guy knew nothing about installation. He left my stove like 2-3 inches away from the wall it supposed to fit perfectly in the stove space. He said is that ok? I told him yes just so he could leave and I figured it out alone. The stove works well so no complaints there.

    The discriminatory tone/treatment was very unexpected. I visited this business to purchase a…read morerefrigerator outright, no financing needed. Before I could even explain that, the sales rep pushed multiple financing options and withheld the one company I trusted due to prior/current business with them. When I asked about it, she said, "Oh yeah, they're good if you have good credit," making an unwarranted assumption about my financial situation. I was referred by a friend who had a great experience with another salesperson. When I asked to work with that same person and inquired about his availability, I got vague answers, despite the rep admitting she'd already messaged him. Due to me bringing up the military discount my friend received, she quickly said, "We don't offer military discounts." I quickly called my friend on the spot to clarify. As she over heard our conversation confirming his experience just days ago, she used air quotes for this contradicting statement. We don't offer "discounts," but only the manager can apply them, and only if I don't directly ask". This conversation initiated the text to her manager. Now whether she did or not, further displays the untrustworthy communication received. Her interaction with me was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel unwelcome. I believe the treatment was discriminatory and not in line with fair, professional business conduct. Sure, everyone has bad days but this is not a interaction any customer should receive. I will be filing this complaint to bring awareness and encourage accountability and/or training personnel better in communication. Please attempt to look at other similar businesses before considering visiting this one

    This is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my entire life…read more To start off with. The "technician" Matthew did not have my correct address the morning of our appointment. He stated his company "does not allow them to have the customer's address and gives them just gps coordinates" He was late about 3 hours. He shows up in his personal vehicle , no company vehicle. He does not carry any parts on his truck. So he came to my house just to guess on what part was not working and ordered something off of Amazon. No diagnostic tools , no F codes , just mumbo gumbo about how he has so much experience on washers and it could be two things. My drain pump or my lid lock sensor. I had mentioned to him earlier that , I had checked the drain pump for a clog and it was clear. He misheard me or thought I said I replaced it. I didn't replace it. I just checked if it was clogged. He tells us , he'll order the lid sensor and will come back the next day. The next day , I text him. Hey what's your eta? No answer. No text. Just silence. I call the company. Calls me back and tells me the part is not here yet and he'll be there later in the afternoon. I told him just to come by the next morning. Strange an appliance repair company doesn't carry parts. They order them on Amazon. Wow, okay. This morning. Comes to my house , switches the lid lock sensor. Realizes its not the lid lock sensor and tells my wife, " Hey bro , I think its the drain pump so I'll have to come back another day , so I'll have to charge you another trip charge and if its not the drain pump , it might be the control board" Wife says he called her bro like 7-8 times while explaining the extra charges. She texts me to call him. I called him to question why we are getting charged again if I already had a quote on the repair. Seems like charging me for extra trips to get Amazon parts is not a smart business decision. I asked him why did he not check if it was the drain pump first. He said he didn't because I had already replaced it once. I never said that. I checked if it was clogged. I told him just to leave. We'll sort if out with a real appliance repair company. He then tells me he is sick of f**king people like me and that this always happens to him. Then hangs up. Then he proceeds to text me 14 times on how much he was saving us with prices of different drain pumps and that he is exhausted from difficult customers. What a nut job. What a terrible company. The way he speaks about his superiors and the company itself should be a sign of what inept people hired him in the first place. Cussing to customers and complaining to them is such a red flag. Please save yourself some trouble and go with a reputable appliance repair. Hope this review helps you.

He cleaned out all of the lint thoroughly, sent pictures of the work & provided helpful suggestions about the settings on the drier. I would highly recommend Excellence Appliance Repair!
