I have been using Goodyear for a couple of years now, their service has always been pricey, but I felt their knowledge of automobiles was satisfactory. After the installation of struts and shocks, I noticed a missing finish piece on my wit/ hood missing, I went back to see if mechanic had forgotten to reinstall the trim piece, they played dumb and claimed it was not removed by them, and had no knowledge of how it was missing To make along story short, I will never go back there again, it cost me 55.00 to replace, they lost a good customer! read more

Went here for a free care inspection, mainly because I've had a quiet squeaking in my right side of my car. I've been to another car shop who told me I needed shocks, when I got there they made it known they would be able to fix whatever they found today, I declined and asked them to give me a print out of what I needed, after the inspection they told me no shocks were needed but I would need new brakes and rotors and also new wheel cylinders and pistons which would be a total over 1k, but they were not able to locate the squealing sound in my car and now the sound is worse, so thank you for that will be going to my third place for an inspection now. read more

Took my truck to Goodyear Cobblestone Mall. No oil pressure. Oil pressure sensor was bad. Distributor needed a gasket. They checked it out right away. Started repair right away. Same day service. The price was normal. Did not try to add on anything. Had to order parts. Took about four hours total. Back on the road again. The other place I go to would have told me. I don't recommend taking your car here for service. They will take you for a ride with your wallet trying to upsell you on all sorts of services you don't need. First, they try to sell me all new lug nuts. Then, they try to sell me a package for 3 years of alignments. Then they try to sell me on new breaks which I knew I needed so I said sure, let's replace the break pads. But nope, they won't replace the break pads unless you also pay for rotors that are not needed. The tires cost way more than I could've gotten elsewhere and I wish I had price shopped beforehand. read more

This a joke of service center. Arrived at 2:22 on Sunday The February 11th and walked into a ghost town. Two service writers and only 1 guy working with 10 service bays. No one in waiting room and only three cars in parking lot. I assume they were the employees. I asked for a Lube Oil & Filter change and was told no. They close at 6:00 on Sunday. I advised them they have no one here and no cars in parking lot. They said they are booked. I asked where are these bookings and they replied I don't know maybe in the mall shopping. I don't know what you expect in service management but I would expect more technicians than chiefs. If they cannot mange technicians they probably should not be management. Just my opinion. Great guys, reputable shop. Had two of my bimmers in here for custom alignment jobs, they did a pristine job. Keep in mind I was in there for "custom" settings which are PITA yet guys did not complain and worked with me. Keith, the tech at the alignment rack set it up perfectly to where I wanted it to be and I'm greatefull for his knowledge and skills to fine tune the minute settings, that would not be possible to achieve at the bmw dealership. When it comes to my bimmers I know I'm not easy to work with as I don't settle for anything less than perfection, yet the whole team, be it Shane at the desk to master tech Keith handled it like a champ. I'm PUT THIS IN A ZERO rating. Which it wouldn't let me to. This place is full of P.O.S! They are just cannot do slap the brake pads. They was telling me their policy to replace the rotors which is bullshitting. I can see rotors are fine and which pads could just replace as just pads by sweet and simple. Also, then they are ripped off with price of wheel bearing cost. They says it just because pressure it in. They has their tools to simple do pressure and cost me around 150 instead 14 dollars as I could've simple find its part cost and round to 150 for labor because of its pressure it in. My ass! My uncle is a mechanic and they are way ripped off. Good to know this place as manipulative at me as they thinks I'm stupid. But, I'm more glad to put these in the review. First watch out on they're pricing, took advantage of my wife when she went down and needed a tire service, ended up buying 4 new tires for our highlander, and an oil change. $1100... What??? Really.. Next. 5 months later I have a flat in my driveway, no big deal right.. Start to get spare. Jack it up. Wait. Where is the key for the wheels???? No where!!!! Call them. Stay away! They will consistently gouge you for extra services your car "needs". Total BS. Last interaction I took it in because there was a nail in my tire. Told me it was not patchable and priced quoted me for four new tires. I've had enough of those in tires to know when it's fixable and when it's not. Left and took to another store that patched it with no issue. Never again! read more
