Here's another review. Just got an oil change with them. it was $18 less for the same service as last year! I think today was a customer appreciation day or Ladies day? On Wednesdays 10% off services. Anyway, I got a tire rotation with synthetic oil change for lesser than anywhere else in the last 5 years. Call them and get a quote if you don't believe me. The owner told me they were able to source certified oil from another company for a lower rate and since it's been a consistent amount, they were able to pass the savings along to the customer. Almost nobody does this these days. The website attached to this YELP page does not belong to Distinct All Tunes. The phone number appears to be correct at 770-419-8080. I was cheated out of $600 plus dollars. Work that was done on my car never fixed the problem ,now i'm off to another mechanic. They refused to repair my car and/or refund my money. My son was threatened and totally disrespected when he tried to have a grown man conversation with Mr Martin. I am totally saddened by this type of treatment by someone who claims to be a honest, kind and professional man!!! UPDATE: On February 8,2017 I sued ALL TUNES in small claims court. I love this place! If you're not getting the oil change special they offer, you're cheating yourself. I have tremendous respect for Ralph Martin the owner and my mechanic Michael. They explain everything in detail and pricing is fair and reasonable. I have been bringing all the cars I own to Ralph for the past 8+ years. I have never had a problem with him or any of his mechanics. He and his team are very nice, will thoroughly go over your car and any issues & better than fair on pricing. Even if you have a question or concern about your vehicle, they will take the time to check it out and advise you on what you should do immediately as well as anything you can wait on that is not an emergency. If there is a service, he does not perform... he advises you on "trusted" partners & businesses that do. (and in most cases has referral discounts for that work) He and his team, as long as they are open, will be the first "Go To" place for: - Checking out a new car I may want to buy. - Advise on work to be done & scheduling that appropriately - Servicing all cars, I or my family have *He & his men stand by their work with a level of security you can't beat. This is a VERY hard thing to find in today's marketplace, where you may be just a number to bring $$ in the door and get you out quickly. Worse experience with a mechanic ever. The owner Ralph is rude and crooked. He curses you and hangs up on you. He gives one price than makes you sign a paper for another. Even after you tell them not to do additional work without discussing with you first they "supposedly" still do it to justify a higher price you didn't agree to. The promise to do the job on the same day but keep you car for days later. You make the promise to keep your car inside when they keep it over the weekend and they don't. When they want to force you to pay their demanded price then they do lock up your car and Ralph threatens you to keep it until it "rusts" and reminds you he has a paper signed by you, What's on the paper is double what he quoted you and what they make you par is 3 times that. If you try to question these figures, Ralph the owner curses and screams at you like a child pitching a fit until you are forced to hang up before calling the cops like I was. I had my girlfriend wait 3 days to get her car so she can avoid Ralph or at least let him calm down because if he did that in person cops would definitely been involved read more

We had cords replaced that ended up being faulty, instead of being met with great customer service, we were received with a rude reply. We were told we should have come back or gone somewhere near where we were (we were out of town and the closest store was 2 hours out of the way). The owner said we could get the cords refunded and that's it. My husband talked to him personally and the the owner refused to give good customer service and told my husband if he had a problem "there's the door." read more

I have known Ralph for almost 7 years. I get my cars worked on @ his shop because it is convenient and Ralph is honest. Years ago I thought I needed new rear brakes, he advised me otherwise. Where most shops would have sold me $200+ worth of parts and labor Ralph: "I'm not going to sell you something you don't need." When I came with a family member to pay for and pick up the car, the manager was extremely rude and condescending. My relative was asking a question because she doesn't know much about car maintenance and repairs and likes to learn things. She does have some cognitive challenges due to a health/development issue, but rather than act compassionately or even merely tolerant, he became very abusive, started yelling insults, calling her "crazy", "mental", a "moron", etc. As another reviewer described, he went completely off the deep end and was wildly unprofessional when he was faced with what he labeled a "stupid question." What a sad and terrible way to treat anyone, let alone someone that you have identified as having "something wrong with her." For this reason, I prefer to spend my money somewhere else where people are not disrespected or bullied and I encourage others to do the same. read more

I wish I could give them more stars. Ladies finally a place you feel comfortable, get great service and not feel like you just been screwed. Ralph is the owner, he builds a relationship with each of his customers and truly wants to be of service. Most of my family cars are used. I won't even consider a car until his company has looked it over. Called to keep me updated and even though they were extremely busy my car was fixed and running as good as new later the same day. I was told about this place by my daughter and one of her friends and they have great things to say about the work they do. They are honest and won't do a repair unless it's really needed. I took my car there last year and asked about getting brakes and was told that I didn't need them, thank goodness, that saved me money! My poor review now is because I called there to make an appointment to bring my car in for some work that I needed last year, just did not have the money until now. The manager went off on me about him not having a record of having worked on my car, about how he would have purged a record of me from last year, and that he has no way of knowing what work it might need now. He was very rude and condescending. Of course I realize that the nature of the repair could have changed, however I don't need to be spoken to as if I am incapable of understanding any concept. Took my car in today for an oil change because I had a coupon. The coupon was for conventional oil and after asking me about my last oil change, it sounded like I was using synthetic oil. Once he got my car on the hoist, they found the sticker from the prev oil change and it read that they used a synthetic blend, which Ralph said he offers at the same price as conventional - therefore making me eligible for the original discount. He could have easily charged me for the synthetic oil and I wouldn't have been the wiser, but I've stumbled upon a repair shop that operates with integrity and honesty! I will be bringing my car and my son's car here for all of our oil changes and repairs and strongly recommend you do the same! read more

I have gone to Ralph for years!! Ever since I started driving. Before then, my parents got their oil changed there. He's very nice, and talkative. His customer service is on point. He takes a real interest in his customers. His workers are equally as nice and respectful. The place is small, and you may go in there and think, hmmmm is this really a good place because it's not as decorated or nice as other stations, but their service is amazing, and i feel that that's what matters. I didn't have the money recently to get new brakes and rotors, so I loved that Ralph and the other guy who works with him fixed just what absolutely needed to be fixed until I can come back. I've gone here for years, until today. Made an appointment to get an oil change, I came in on time and they were busy(as they often are) so I waited at the front desk for a few minutes until another customer walked in, straight to the back service area and was promptly serviced. So I did the same, walking to the back entrance and looking for someone to service me at the front desk. I'm basically told to wait, so I sit down a bit frustrated but no problem. Shortly after the owner comes out from the back wanting to know who is insinuating that they're not working(not what I actually said or insinuated) and I respond explaining that I had set up an appointment for that time, to which he responded the world did not revolve around me and that if I didn't like it "I knew what I could do"...I questioned as to why set up an appointment if he was just gonna ignore it. He apparently did not like this, telling me to get out and calling me a "little boy", I'm 23 and a foot taller than the man...Needless to say I, nor my family well ever be going back. I used Ralph for well over a year on my company vehicles. I did not have any issues with Ralph until this past week. I brought in my F350 and felt there was a leak in the radiator. Ralph did a pressure check on the vehicle and did not find a leak. Apparently he never looked at the hoses as there was an obvious leak on top of one of the hoses. Once I told him this (as I was going to get him to take care of it) he blew a gasket and acted like he had not done anything wrong. He told me "well we did not find a leak" and I said I know I found it. And I am very surprised you guys could not find it. Instead of him being accomodating and remorseful he copped a bigtime attitude. I spent thousands and thousans of dollars with this guy and the very first time I mentioned an issue I had he looses his cool.....
