Fast forward to now -- I've been using them for 4 years for various services. Sometimes it's just a simple oil change or routine maintenance; other times, it's more involved repairs. They haven't disappointed me once. Mac is always on point. He clearly explains what's going to be done and how much it will cost. He looks out for your best interest and suggests the most cost-efficient (not necessarily cheapest) repair option. He's also trustworthy -- if a repair part acts up, he won't back out. He honors his warranty. I take both my car and my wife's car here -- and only here.

I really appreciate the coupons I receive via email! I was able to get in & out so quick, without getting out of my vehicle!, while spending under $45 for my Expedition EL oil change. They could not remove the oil plug. It was over tightened from the previous service that THEY did. They sent me to another location. The next location told me the previous location over tightened it, and damaged the plug. They finally got it off and sent me on my way, oil leaking all over my driveway. Brought it back. Told they would fix it. They didn't.. they proceeded to make up a bogus problem and estimate for over $3,000- so they could pass the buck after damaging my car. This was done because I threatened small claims. My BMW mechanic checked and said this damage was clearly done at time of oil change and the estimate is BS. I am considering the next step, and suggest that you avoid this horrible company run by incompetent morons. They will smile and make promises just to get you appeased and will never do the right thing. These YELP reviews are very telling of their skills.

First of all, Jeremy was kind, funny and professional. Their staff is also diverse and professional. The place is extremely clean and they are even thoughtful enough to have snacks and coffee. But the kicker for me? How thorough the inspection report was. TBH I knew it had been having an issue for years as I had to 'jiggle' it to get it to turn since forever. But I drove to a grocery store and upon leaving it literally would not turn. I got a ride home and found Christian Brothers. They called a tow truck for me. They gave me a courtesy ride from my home back to the car so I could give the tow truck driver the keys (fat lot of good that did but still). Front wheels totally locked up but the tow driver knew how to handle that. Once at CBA they gave me a courtesy ride home as well. Next day they gave an estimate. Great communication through calls and texts. Car was fixed following day. They gave me a list of other recommended repairs. As someone else said, not the cheapest but the best. If you're looking for a sub $100 fix, look elsewhere but if you want people who are professional and helpful, go here. I will return.

They left my filter loose and so I lost all my oil and was driving without a sufficient amount in my engine for a week. I took my car in this morning and they got me in first thing and assessed my car. Found the problem and put oil in it in under 15 min--I went to pay and they told me not to worry about it. Next purchases the most expensive service available and during the work , I hear banging and then several people standing around. Apparently, they couldn't get the oil filter off, and didn't have the right tool to do so. They offered to try something with no guarantee and when asked what would happen if it didn't work, I was informed that they'd have the truck towed at my expense. Upon leaving they offered an apology, but no restitution for charging me for the oil filter. Not recommended
