They saw that a rep was finishing a job nearby, and David was at my door within 20 min. David was friendly and a wizard with garage doors. He listened to how I wanted to add a few years to my existing door, not buy a new one, and he did EXACTLY what I wanted. Michele in the office was equally efficient and kind. The price was reasonable and I didn't get the typical upsell pressure, just a general idea of what it would cost to get a new door in the future. I'll surely call Entry when I need it. read more

When I purchased my home, the builders installed a Wayne Dalton Torquemaster Spring which broke. Entry Systems came recommended from others in our neighborhood. I'll use them again when needed and I'll recommend them to others as well. What stood out to me was: 1) Every time I called the main number, someone answered right away and the person I spoke to was so pleasant and patient. She was so helpful and I really appreciated that. 2) They were able to come and replace the broken spring (and the whole spring system) on the same day. The technician/installer was on time as well. 3) They quoted a fair price for the replacement spring system, the upgraded springs, and had no issues with the install or service. I REALLY appreciated they only installed one spring for my garage door since they said it was more than enough rather than trying to upsell with two springs. My only critical feedback was when I asked the technicians if they offered upgraded high-cycle springs, they couldn't tell me how many cycles the upgraded spring is rated at. They had to do some calculations, which was around 22,000 cycles. read more

My old garage door opener died on me and after a few quotes from other companies, I decided to go with Entry Systems. There quote was about the same as everyone else that quoted. Technician showed up on time and got to work. It took around 3-4 hours for him to replace the opener. He took the time to adjust the door properly and also lubricated all the hinges and rollers. Once he was done, he went over everything. He also did recommend new rollers, but didn't do them since my door is due for a replacement eventually and he said there was no point if that was going to happen. The new garage door opener works perfectly and the lift master is a huge upgrade over my old chamberlain, particular the one piece rail. It is much more quiet. After a few days, I had an issue of my last roller popping out of the track, and he came back and added some spacers to fix the problem at no charge since it's a temporary fix. We called them because they had replaced a garage door motor in the past and reviews were still good on-line. The tech was kind and professional. However, I was quoted $518.25, which seemed high but considering my car was blocked in the garage, and they came so late in the day, I decided to accept it. While Jakob was working on the garage, I requested quotes on Yelp from other garage door repair companies in my area. I got back one quote for $150-$220, that had excellent reviews. I called another and found out that $350 would be considered on the high end. I could kick myself for going with them, knowing that I paid $518! Also, they charge 4% on credit cards, which I only knew when I walked inside to read reviews. Nothing mentioned when I booked and I brought it up to the tech. He was kind enough to waive the fee but he tried to say "everyone is doing that". Not in my experience with established companies. Unfortunately, I won't be using them again because i feel taken advantage of with the price. If they were more competitive, I would have replaced the hinges they talked about during the visit. Very disappointed with the service we just had. We just had an appointment today- 12-3:00 was the arrival window - the guy showed up at 4:35. He never apologized for being late.. He fixed a hinge and changed the battery. I mentioned trying to reset my WiFi and he says he doesn't have time (mind you he has already made me wait 4 1/2 hours. He also said we were his last stop. He was up on the ladder, I said "the app says for me to press and hold the black button" (since he was up there)..he showed me the black button, closed the light and said I need to go. It was $338.00 for a 20 min job. This guy (Tyler) was in such a hurry to leave. So unprofessional! Terrible customer service as well...I called and the asst. mgr said he was new...no excuse! I wasted 4.5 hrs and I just needed him to push a button for 10 seconds...he didn't have the time. Awful! read more

I visited the showroom and was greeted by a very nice lady who reviewed some new garage door options with me. After I told her that I would like the color matched to my house she referred me to another lady (Ambyr) who was not in the office. I was given her email address and a catalogue to take with me. I contacted Ambyr the following day and request some color samples. I was told they would arrive the following Tuesday, but they actually arrived on Thursday. After receiving the color samples I sent Ambyr an email requesting a quote on the garage door in the color I specified. I did not receive a response to my email so I called the showroom. I was told she was busy and I left my name and phone number for a call back. I did not receive a call back. I waited two days and sent another email without reponse. Then I called the showroom and was told she was busy and would call me back. I waited 2 hours and no call back. I called again and finally got a hold of her. I asked if she was too busy to call me back and she said, "yes, I am trying to catch up". I told her I would take my business eleswhere and hung up. Woke up today to our garage door not opening. After a few minutes, we realized that the loud bang we heard last night 20 minutes after our garage closed, was our spring popping and busting. Person answering the phone is nice but that's where it ends. We always dealt with Accent Swinging Gate and Door and I guess this company bought them out. I had a gate that was stuck and 2 handicap people live at that location so we really needed help. No one at this company could come and open it. I was told to send pictures so I could get a quote. I was first told that there would be a $400+ charge to come out and then they agreed after 2 other companies quoted me a new system they waited 3 days and quoted me a price over $1000 higher than everyone. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Just threw out a generic price. My husband told me not to use them after they gouged us on a garage door from another property we own. Accent Swinging Door and Dustys Garage Door was 2 companies that I loved dealing with. Really sad they sold out. No service with this company, it's all about the money! My first review of Entry Systems can be found below. Today I had my 3rd experience with this company. When my wife left to go to work the door wouldn't open. I called Entry Systems at 8:22. The young lady who answered the call was so polite, well spoken and professional and that just set the tone for the rest of the experience. A huge thank you to her and I'm embarrassed I can't recall her name. By 8:28 I had a text saying the technician was on his way. Their technician, Jack, was really great. He diagnosed a broken spring and repaired it. It's still only 9:10 a.m. He installed the new spring, readjusted the door closing, cleaned up everything and was as polite and nice a young man you could ask for. It's clear that Entry Systems seems to hire only the nicest and most capable workers. I cannot give them a higher recommendation. I've referred them to other people who, in every case, have felt the same as me. I trust them implicitly. I phoned Entry Systems at 8 am on a Monday. By 12:30 Morgan arrived at my home to diagnose my problem. He determined my opener required a new logic board and gave me an estimate of the cost as well as an option for a new opener with some technology we really wanted. (open and close door with our mobile phone and check if the door is open when we are away) The new price was attractive enough considering the age of our existing opener. Two hours later he had it installed and operating. During his time at our home he was polite, well spoken, clean-cut and efficient. When he was done with his work he took away the empty boxes, programmed all of our cars to open the door, helped download the mobile app to control our door and set it up and made sure we understood our system well.
