Randy is seriously the nicest guy. He did an excellent job on the exterior paint for my home. His prices are reasonable, his work is fantastic. He is super nice and respectful. He did extra things for me without charging. He pays attention to detail and makes sure everything is done right. Randy is now hired for all my furniture paint jobs. Such a down to earth person and he loves to paint and he's good at it. He is also very responsive and answers your calls and questions right away. My wife and I moved to Hemet 2 years ago and we didn't know anyone who could recommend a good painter for painting the interior of our house. I was going to get a few estimates, look at some reviews, and my wife and I would make a decision. I saw an ad for All Ways Painting. We called Randy and he came right out and gave us a fair price for painting the interior and for finishing some furniture at a later date. We felt comfortable with with all that Randy said he would do. He wrote everything down on the contract which he gave to us on the day they started the next week. Both my wife and I felt the price was fair as well as Randy seemed very honest and friendly. To my suprize my wife said ok without us getting any other quotes or checking his reviews When he quoted the job I told him how hard it was to replace the bulbs in our cathedral ceiling lights and I wanted to replace them with LED fixtures which he offered to do if I purchased he fixtures. He said they would painting the ceiling and they would have a ladder here so it would be no problem. I have included a copy of the contract, note line 5 where he stated he would replace light bulbs where needed. The one who painted our home was Gary and he did a great job by himself with a helper. I have no complaints with the painting. I had no problem paying Randy $2000 half way through the job and the balance when the painting was completed. Gary did have to get a 16' ladder to replace the bulbs which he told me Randy would have to drop it off. They left some of the lights hanging down and I told them they were being replaced so they could take care of when Randy brought the ladder. I had paid Randy the balance because I trusted what I was told about returning with the ladder the next day to finish the lights. They could make it the next day and then Randy's true colors came out. He kept telling me he was having trouble with his help, or he forgot to call, or it was to late to call, or he was on a roof and he couldn't answer the phone. It was one excuse after another and then he started not answering his phone when I called. His voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message to call probably because he was doing the same to other customers and they would fill his mailbox. I did text him and I was able to send him pictures of how the lights were hanging. At that point he said he wanted to come at 7am the next day and see what was involved. He didn't show the first day nor did he call. He finally showed the next week and said he couldn't come until the following week. Never showed, never called, so I texted afew times and gave up because it was obvious he was ignoring me. It's been a couple of weeks now and I was hoping he would catch up with his other jobs and get some reliable help but he still hasn't gotten in touch with me. I hope that if you hire "All Ways Painting" you don't pay him until he completes the job, no matter how honest he appears to be. If you are lucky enough to have Gary do the painting I can tell you he does a fantastic job. I can't tell you about the quality of work that Randy does or any of his other workers because I haven't seen it. What I can tell you is what I have been told by both Gary and Randy. Randy is having trouble finding good reliable help and maybe there is a reason for that and it might be the way Randy runs his business. P.S. We will not be having Randy refinish our furniture. I can't trust him. I hope this review is helpfull and I hope Randy reads this and understands how he can improve his business. Before this had all happened I told Randy he could give my phone number to prospective customers and I would give a positive review. I had this company come out and bid a job for me painting 500 feet of retaining wall. They gave me a fair price. They did a great service. Gary was the foreman and he explained everything to me very meticulous and great communication throughout. I would highly recommendthis company. read more

contacted on 5/19 and said he needed gas to go out and do the work. was willing to send 10 dollars by zelle to get started. took 10 dollars by zelle and never showed up for work sending a bs excuse 1 hour later that someone took his money. read more

these guys should never be painting, charged the full amount on the second day, took them two weeks for a 1440 sq ft Manufactured home interior only job, and at the end left the house un finished and verbally abused me and my wife and randy him self used the word my house looked like a "DUMP" before he started painting,very un professional and charged me the full amount on the second day "by accident" and didn't even bother telling me, I found out looking at my bank statement this company left a very unpleasant feeling for the fact I paid so much money and got ripped off and this guy had guts to yell at me and my wife at my own house :( be aware read more

Randys work is excellent and he did what we asked of him. His prices are very reasonable, too. However, his business ethic definitely needs to change. Whatever you say to him he is never wrong. A little more customer service and understanding of what the other person thinks will go long way to making him a better businessman. I haven't hired them as of yet but I'm thinking of switching to another painter. They paint a lot of homes in my senior MH complex and do pretty sloppy work. My next door neighbors hired them and a neighbor down the street. They only painted the trim on the front sides and don't cover up thin and unpainted spots. But they leave you the paint so You can do it? What are you being paid to do if someone else has to finish it? read more

Images shown below is what my exteriors walls look like only 9 months after getting done. The old paint started showing through just a month after been painted. I call Randy for him to come and fix it and he had stated that he would return within the next week to fix it. He never called or showed up. I called back a few times and no response. His employees took long lunch breaks and took more time talking instead of painting my home. Super unprofessional and will not call again. read more

I contacted Randy to paint the interior of my 1500 sq ft home he stopped by my home to give me an estimate he said he would get back with me the following day with the price 1 week passed and I never heard back from Randy so I call him to inquire about my paint job he pretended that he did not remember me said he had so many customers with my same name so once I jogged his memory he remembered me said he was very busy and did not know when he would give me an estimate. This guy is so very unprofessional and should not be allowed to do business in California if you are looking for a painter skip this trick save yourself the trouble. read more

It's too bad that I can't give a good comment since they failed to follow through and do what was expected. Did not show when expected. I called and asked what happend, their response was "we got busy and forgot." I planned my schedule according to our appointment. When I suggested that i would go else where, they hung up on me intentionally. I called back to make sure it was not a disconnection and it was not. He intentionally hung up on purpose. I should be happy that they did not do the job. If they failed to communicate or forgot because they got busy. I can only imagine the work quality they would have produced. He was persistent to say that they are quality, but I beg to differ. Communication is half the job. read more
