THE DEETS: After researching a couple of local carpet places, I am so grateful that I found Elite. We were in the tumultuous process of trying to get new carpet installed within a very tight timeframe. Every place I checked did not have the carpet that I was looking for in stock and it would NOT arrive in time --but Alex at Elite assured me that he had what I wanted in stock or he could order/get it in time, if needed. I was super impressed by the first conversation with Alex because I had already spoken to a few other carpet places and had been getting the same responses from all the others --they would need to access the house to take measurements in order to give me an accurate estimate/quote ---which is NOT easily done when you're in escrow and the house is still occupied by the current owner.
