Very Disappointed I called All Weather Heating and Cooling for my mom's AC issue. Both technicians they sent out failed to turn off the disconnect switch, leaving the unit running with frozen coils and collapsed ductwork for over 24 hours. This could have caused major damage. The tech gave three different diagnoses, quoted me one price, and then sent a much higher bill for a refrigerant leak search and Freon that was never needed. A second company later found the system was overcharged by a full pound of refrigerant and confirmed that the new cap the tech claimed to have installed was never put on. He also said they don't do ductwork -- even though their website says they do. They charge by the job (not by the hour) but refuse to provide any pricing or itemized breakdown upfront. They also charged a $99 initial service fee to come out. , plus an $85 re-return fee ... because they couldn't do any work because of the coils being frozen Thankfully, after I disputed the charges, they dropped the bill. The first time they were very polite. I wanted a follow-up appointment for a week later. I stayed home for this appointment and I had my heat off the whole time during a very bad cold snap. But just an hour before they were scheduled to arrive. I got a call that he doesn't want to come. He's taking care of another emergency. Why does my emergency not Trump that emergency when I actually made the appointment and waited for a whole week in the cold. This company sucks. I had to manager talk to me and say he understands but there's nothing he can do which is total baloney read more

I would NOT recommend this company. My husband and I had a very negative experience with the owner, Ms. Jina Humphries, despite positive interactions with the technicians and workers, namely Chris and Debbie. We originally used the company for routine maintenance at one property and received a reasonable quote for insulation at another property we were in the process of purchasing and planned to move to in the future. The payment arrangement, including that part of the cost would be covered by the sellers at closing, was clearly explained and acknowledged by staff before the work was completed. After the installation, we (as the buyers) paid our portion within a day. The owner, Ms. Jina Humphries (who surprisingly is a realtor, a member of an ethics board, and a business owner in Marion County) began repeatedly contacting us, the sellers, and both realtors demanding immediate payment of the remaining balance--despite the invoice stating payment was due within 30 days, our previous discussion, and the closing being less than two weeks away. She was unprofessional, aggressive, rude, berating, and even threatened to charge a card without authorization. To avoid further conflict, the contract was updated so she would receive payment earlier than agreed. The date of insulation was October 8 and payment was made in full (with the updated contract) by October 13. Between those dates, the owner had personally called all parties at least 20+ times including calling on weekends, early in the morning, and late at night. Because of this experience, we canceled our contract on the home and informed our inspector, whom we have worked with multiple times, so he would not recommend the company to other clients. I would have given two stars as the technicians were wonderful and professional. Yet, a company reflects its leadership, and for this reason we will not use or recommend this business in the future. They receive a 1-star from us. Having worked myself for years in customer service, as a healthcare worker, and as an assistant professor for a university, her customer service skills and unprofessional was surprising. We are happy with our new A/C company who is maintaining our units at both properties. Her company has loss our future business. read more

Does not honor their yearly maintenance contracts. Just take your money and you get NOTHING in return. One of their service techs even messed up my AC/heat unit and I had to foot the bill. Not worth the money. read more

I installed a DIY mini split air conditioner in a shed. It turned out that that the system was not pre-charged with refrigerant as advertised. I contacted All Weather via text message about 8:30 PM and explained my problem. They scheduled a service call for 1 PM the following day, sending their mini split specialist. Larry showed up a little early and proceeded to check out / inspect my work before beginning. After confirming that the installation was correct, he proceeded to replace the refrigerant. After that, he tested the air conditioner to ensure proper operation. He also provided information on how to operate it that was not in the owner's manual. I just purchased a Mobil Home that All Weather H&C installed a brand new heating and a/c unit 4 weeks prior. I was under the Mobile Home (for an unrelated reason) and I noticed that the a/c ductwork was wet at the connection where the new duct connected to the old. I called All Weather and set up a service call. They came out (at no charge since it was a new unit) and assessed the problem. They told me that a section of the ductwork needed to be replaced, and they would send me an estimate to fix it. After receiving the estimate I agreed to have the work done. The Tech that showed up to do the repair told me he was the one that installed the new unit. After seeing the problem he told me that the saturated section of ductwork should of been replaced when they replaced the unit, but the other Tech that was helping him decided not to. So, I ended up paying $485 for the repair. If the job would of been done correctly at the time of installation, it would of only taken 5 more minutes and 4 feet of ductwork. After calling and talking to a supervisor at All Weather and telling her what happened, she came up with 3 different stories of why the duct was not replaced. She refused to take responsibility for the poor workmanship on the installation and would not reverse the charge. I will never use this Company in the future and I suggest no one else does. read more

They installed two 5 ton units about a year ago and one of them would not cool this morning. Called around 8 am this morning and Matt showed up around 11 this morning. Very quickly found the problem and fixed it and was under warranty. Really professional and respectful. I would always ask for Matt for my service on our units. Would not ask for any better. read more

I have a rental property in Ocala, the AC stopped working and I called All Weather to come out. I was told I needed to replace the capacitor and the power connection, total cost was $373. Since I was not there I felt I had to trust the service guy. I was very surprised when I asked my tenant how long they were there, and she said 20 minutes. I called a few times to complain, was told I would get a partial refund by Gerry the manage, but that never happened, I would recommend anyone using this company to make sure they are watching the technicians while they work. I will never use this company again. read more

They came out in less then an hour, and in less then a hour Luis fix the water leak in my furnace and air conditioner (full of waste water from running the AC) Thanks Luis good job! read more

Only giving one star because I cannot submit a review with no stars. I paid $129.00 for a yearly contract with All Weather Heating & Cooling which included two scheduled maintenances. Four times, within two weeks, I had to re-schedule the maintenance because they cancelled. One time they just didn't show up, and no phone call! At that point I called them and asked for a refund. I was told the appropriate person would call me back. But no return phone call. I called two more times and was told the woman was busy but would call back. But yet they weren't too busy to charge my credit card $129. A week goes by and still no call, or refund. So I contacted the Better Business Bureau and guess what - she called me, and promised a refund. But here it is three weeks later and no refund. If a complaint to the BBB can't make these people give me my money back I will take them to small claims court. I know it will cost more money but it's a matter of principle now. read more
