I recently spent $200 on a test batch of leads from All Web Leads (AWL) for life insurance/retirement-related prospects. Out of the first 8 leads I attempted to contact before stopping the service: 5 were reachable. 1 had a dead 1 disconnected number. 1 had an inactive number and email. 1 prospect only spoke Spanish (no indication in the lead data). Of the remaining three who answered, none seemed aware of how their information was gathered or appeared to have actively requested quotes. One explicitly told me on a personal follow-up that he had never looked into life insurance or retirement products. This does not align with what I expected from "high-intent" or recently requested leads. I called AWL customer service about reimbursement for the clearly bad leads (dead and disconnected). They refused to reimburse those two and are only issuing a partial credit of $112 back to my card, leaving me out of pocket for the rest despite the poor results. All Web Leads operates multiple consumer-facing brands that appear to feed into the same shared lead pool. This includes insuranceQuotes.com, NetQuote.com, InsuranceLeads.com, and others acquired over the years. Agents buying through any of these are often drawing from the same ecosystem, which can lead to shared leads, higher competition, and variable quality. AWL also runs its own AWL Insurance Agency (AWLIA), which writes policies directly-this creates an in-house priority that some agents feel results in lower-quality "afterthought" leads being sold externally. I've seen similar complaints from other agents about lead validity, unresponsive contacts, language barriers, and refund difficulties on BBB and review sites. While AWL is an established company with volume, my experience (and many others') highlights ongoing challenges with quality control in their model. I won't be continuing with AWL or any of their affiliated brands. Prospective buyers should test small and document everything. read more

In 2010, I started using allwebleads and quit becuase of the poor quality. I thought that I would try them again. Unfortunately, they are no better. I don't know where they "obtain" their leads, but not one of the leads (out of 6 in 1 day) was accurate in any way, shape, or form. I have been getting multiple telemarketing calls everyday for years from overseas. They try to sell me "Final Expense" (whole life) insurance. I played along to try to learn who is paying these people to call so much. This week an insurance agent told me it was All Web Leads. They are not registered to do business in California. It's used reused leads, these leads are from deceased people, people who requested quotes months ago but the problem is, is that there is a request a return option but when you return the lead, AWL will not give you the credit even though you have proof to qualify for it. they will say it's an automated rejection and your account manager has to look at it. even then, they will charge you for these useless leads. i believe they amount of money you place in your account goes straight to the account managers, they just won't tell you. Client services is robotic and cold, no way to get to supervisors right away. Eventually after days of complaining you should get some of the money issued back to you. There was a class action lawsuit in 2025 regarding TPCA. This will hurt agencies and Brokers! Why would they have an insurance agency and sell leads? Worst place to work. I do not recommend them as a company to use for leads. It's a scam. They use robo calls and irriate all their customers. They don't use their real name when the agent is speaking with them. They call themselves, "insurance quotes". They first day I started, they asked me to write a review on their company. How can I do that when I haven't worked there? They listen to your calls everyday and complain about something. It changes to who listens to your calls. I thrive on my customer service skills, but you are told not to help them at this company. You must follow their script and get throught the call in a timely manner. I have used All Web Leads twice now. I first used them 3 years ago and after spending $500 dollars. I couldn't one single person to answer the phone, so I discontinued service. Approximately one month ago, I had a friend swear I needed to use them for their Live Xfers. So, after a bit of trepidation I thought the service may have improved. To the contrary, I spent $240 on Live Xfers and no sales. To give a fair and honest review at least I was able to speak to all 4 Live Xfers which was far better than their opt-in leads. The Live Xfers, were either unhealthy, broke, or just wanted a quote. You're better off generating your own leads. I hired a Social Media Manager on Fiverr and we are generating our own leads right at $1.50 if that tells you anything. We have an ad spend of $20 per day or $100 per week. No sales yet but better than paying someone for something you can literally do yourself. Hope this review helps someone! read more

$1800 in leads at $60-70 a pop, with health filters turned on. Not a single lead was qualified via the health filters. You can actually go into your leads and listen to the calls before the rep transferred the live lead to you, I went through 16 leads in a row that said "healthy no medications" yet the lead has congestive heart failure, or sever diabetes for example. When I listened to these 16 leads before the transfer, not 1 single agent mentioned health conditions before transferring the lead to me. I literally have proof that the agents are not qualifying or verifying the leads, yet I didn't get a single return. They gave me a $30 "courtesy" refund out of $1,800 of horrible leads that had proof of being unqualified. Horrible company, if you are looking here before buying their leads PLEASE DON'T. read more

As all have said they do bad business...one of the reviews made me laugh as I am very upset but he put a smile on my face in saying you will spend more time with them arguing for credits then getting good leads and i just got off the phone arguing for credits due to bad leads and bogus transfers. The last straw was a lead that came in when I was out and calling back always went to voice mail then the next call was a 92yr old. I am leaving this review as of 9/2/2021. I am a person that normally does not leave reviews, but when it comes to business that's a different story. So for anyone looking to do Life Leads, or Live Transfers be very careful using this company. Prices are competitive with the market but they are on the higher end of the market. Leads are not quality AT ALL. They will tell you they are but once you receive them, and if you can contact them you will find out the quality of leads you will receive. If you are looking for good quality leads, this is not the company for that. If you are looking for aged leads and I MEAN aged leads then this may be the company to try. Still some of the aged leads are not good, I've received a few that are already under my company as far back as seven years ago!!!!!!!! Transfers may come to your desired number and some of them will not, but they will still charge you for the leads even though you have not received any calls. I truly do not believe they are qualifying live transfers to ensure certain criteria is met, because I have received them without the criteria being met. So if you are not trying to throw away money here then I advise you to look somewhere else. If you would like to try them, by all means give it a shot. I have been in the Business for 15 years. I have purchased leads for almost 12 years now. This company is by far the worse experience I have ever had regarding quality leads. Most of the leads that come in are from people not really looking and was tricked by some false advertising. Most of the customers they send to me tell me they are not looking and are not interested. This is an amazing company doing big things. It is unfortunate that prior employees who were not a good fit or could not meet the expectations of their position would leave such poor reviews. Being an insurance agent isn't for everyone. This company has a very high standard that they stick to because it is important to have knowledgeable insurance agents with experience to assist their customers. The pay is amazing, commission is the best I've seen in the industry, you work from home, company provided laptop, ongoing training, fun atmosphere, monthly in-office days where they provide lunch...not to mention FULL BENEFITS. Like Tim said 8 out of 10 leads were bogus, disconnected numbers, never requested a quote, etc. The problem is AWL always denies a returned lead. I had a lead with a email that came back returned and a voicemail with a different name and they denied the credit request. You submit it for a refund as a bogus lead. The request always comes back denied 2-3 minutes later. Their reason: "After multiple attempts, unable to verify the return reason selected." I was also buying homeowners leads and the address in the lead had an apartment as well as looking at the property online you can see it was an apartment building. But the credit was still denied. We called this company at 877-220-4448 and spoke to Jennifer 7-22-16 @ 10:10am PST. She claimed no knowledge of any of the information we've left below. We cross posted this review on Yelp's other site for this company listed as Allwebleads. This nightmare company reached out to us though my kids (a minor) cell phone number. Their dialer, their reps, their weasel tactics that tortured my kid were so unscrupulous that we had to call forward all incoming calls on my kids phone to my wife and I. Once a live rep from Allwebleads actually verified they reached an adult they would not hang up on us. Over the period of a month this company ignored our DO NOT CALL REQUESTS and continued to torture us by showing caller ID numbers that there disconnected and blank caller ID descriptions. Some of the false caller ID numbers they use ... 949-610-0319 650-200-1759 818-322-4744 800-850-2792 Our only way to determine who was behind all this SPAM and SPIT was to pretend to be interested in their product and provide false information. Not one of the individuals employed by this company will ID what company pays them until they've infiltrated your life and "believe" that they have your full name, address, vehicle info, date of birth and marital status and credit score. We provided false info to them and had an employee from an insurance brokerage call us after two days. We nicely let them know the unscrupulous tactics Allwebleads used and how they blew up our kids cell phone. We were harassed until we gave them the info they wanted. The only reason I selected 1 star is there wasn't a lower rating. My initial impression of this company was positive. The sales rep, Marcos, came across as quite professional. That is where the positive experience ended. The customer service rep, Fabian Flores, is likely a better representation of the company. He was abrupt, rude, and seems to hate his job.
