We needed a quick repair as we were not planning on being in town more than 2 days. Called Sonic Blinds and explained our problem. They agreed to try and repair it if we could get it in quickly. We dropped it off and told them what we thought it needed. They quoted us a price that seemed quite fair., even at more than $100. When we went back to pick it up they explained that their tech had checked it thoroughly and that the wall mount that holds blind strings in RVs had failed. While they didn't carry the RV part,the tech took the time to "make" a replacement mount so we could be on our way. We were already thrilled with their service and honesty, but then they refused any payment from us, as the blind was not really broken. Just wish we didn't live clear across the US and could make them our go to people for blinds. You can feel really safe using them!

He proceeded to make up an estimate sheet which we received by mail later (via mail), and still the estimate was confused. The official owner/salesman must have thought our sale wasn't worth his time (not big enough of a sale) to bother to come out himself, and instead sent this older man, instead. I have to say, I felt sorry for this older man as I thought he should have been retired. So, we wasted a good portion of our time we could have used on some other impt. project.
