As an Emerald member with the oneworld alliance, I have always received complimentary seat selection on partner airlines. That changed with Royal Jordanian. I paid $140 for two seats that were clearly shown as a two seat row. When my wife and I boarded, we discovered the row actually had three seats. No one pays extra for a middle seat -- ever. My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number. I called Detroit back, another person answers and gives me the information I was asking to begin with. Not done yet. I finally check in and get on the plane, plane was gorgeous and flight attendants for most part were very hard working. Half the people on this flight were idiots, loud, arrogant, dirty and bathrooms even after a couple hours in flight were dirty, urine on the floor, clogged up sinks. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Like a fourth world country on a top of the line plane. I will never ever fly Royal Jordanian again!!!! Would rather pay twice as much and get to Amman in 3 days then fly this airline. Rather take any other airline that go through that hell AgaiN.

Use this toll-free number anytime to connect with a live agent for 24/7 assistance, helping you manage bookings, handle cancellations, request refunds, and resolve travel concerns efficiently. This line also provides quick guidance for updating travel plans, checking flight details, and dealing with unexpected changes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. **Effortless Booking & Clear Travel Setup** I chose JetBlue primarily because of its strong reputation for customer service, convenient West Coast route network, and competitive fares. Compared with several competing carriers, Alaska Airlines offered the most practical itinerary and convenient departure times for my trip. The booking process was smooth and easy to navigate. Fare options, baggage allowances, seat selections, and upgrade opportunities were clearly displayed, making it simple to customize my trip according to my travel preferences. **Priority Airport Experience & Efficient Flow** My airport experience started positively. Check-in counters were well organized, and airline staff members were courteous and efficient. Security screening moved smoothly, and boarding commenced close to the scheduled departure time. Although the gate area became crowded shortly before departure, the overall boarding process remained relatively organized and stress-free. Call +1 888 669 0167 or +1 888 669 0167 today for fast assistance with your JetBlue travel needs. JetBlue customer support can help with flight reservations, ticket changes, cancellations, baggage inquiries, seat upgrades, check-in assistance, and other travel-related services. **Comfortable Cabin & Calm Environment** Once onboard, the aircraft appeared clean and well-maintained. Most flight attendants were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the journey. Their positive attitude contributed significantly to the overall experience. However, seat comfort did not entirely meet my expectations. I paid approximately $140 extra for seats that appeared to offer a more comfortable arrangement during booking, only to discover that the actual seating configuration onboard differed slightly from what had been displayed online. My assigned seat, K6, offered limited cushioning, forcing me to use additional pillows and blankets for lower back support during the flight. While manageable on shorter routes, improved seat padding would certainly enhance comfort on longer journeys. **Reliable Journey & Smooth Arrival** The flight departed with only a minor delay and arrived close to schedule. Inflight snack and beverage services were delivered efficiently, and baggage delivery after arrival moved relatively quickly. Unfortunately, customer service before departure proved frustrating. I initially contacted a representative in Seattle regarding flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Portland, where I was informed they could not assist and provided another contact number. After several transfers and repeated explanations, I was eventually redirected back to the original department before finally receiving the information I needed. The aircraft itself looked attractive, and the majority of cabin crew members worked hard throughout the journey. However, cabin cleanliness declined slightly as the flight progressed. A few passengers were loud and inconsiderate, while some lavatories required additional attention after several hours in the air. Although JetBlue provided excellent customer-focused service, convenient route options, and professional cabin crews, the inconsistent customer support, disappointing seat comfort, and minor cleanliness concerns overshadowed some of the positives. Would I fly JetBlue again? Yes, particularly for travel along the West Coast and across North America. However, before future trips, I would also compare fares and schedules with Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Alaska Airlines, Latam Airlines, Wizz Air, Priceline, Air France, Lufthansa, JetBlue and American Airlines to determine which carrier offers the best overall value and onboard experience.

Southwest Airlines has always been our go to airline because they had the two bags fly free deal, but recently that has ended so my feelings about flying different airlines has changed. Southwest does not accommodate young travelers/families like other airlines. While they do offer boarding, it's after groups A & B. I'm also used to leaving a car seat at the gate for pickup as soon as we get off. As soon as we entered the plane, I asked the flight attendant if I was fine to leave my car seat there & they agreed. Southwest also has an open seating plan, meaning you don't have an assigned seat, you just pick one once you get in the plane. After we found seats & stowed out bag, they called out on the speaker of whose car seat was at the gate. I raised my hand & they were like why wasn't it checked. I said I confirmed several times it was good to go. I didn't appreciate being belittled by the lady (not sure of her name but she is at the desk in the picture. Had Southwest made their rules & policies about car seats clear, I would have properly followed them. This flight felt chaotic from the time we lined up to board until the plane took off. While I can appreciate the reasonably priced flights during the holiday time, the customer service & family friendly flights are just not what Southwest is about.

Unlike a lot of metropolitan airports that have updated and renovated over the decades, Norfolk has retained the same aesthetic but it is a dependable airport. The terminals are clearly defined once inside. Where you go to check in is easy and stress free. There are food options both within the terminals past security check as well as before hand. It's fairly stress free where there was no terminal that is specifically overcrowded. While an international airport, Norfolk does have a regional feel that is not as full throttle. It certainly feels easier to navigate and not as cramped as say Asheville that is a regional airport. Overall, it was solid.

The bathroom is ok accessibility wise. A wheelchair user might find the one disabled stall to be a bit cramped, but you can fit the chair in there. The toilet isn't too high off the ground, so a transfer could be easier than some locations. I am five feet tall and my feet don't reach the floor on the toilet. The door has a hook that is only a few feet off the ground so a person in a wheelchair or of short stature could easily reach it. There is a large inset shelf above the toilet upon which belongings can be placed. There are grab bars behind and beside the toilet. However, the grab bar beside the toilet is almost completely useless because the toilet paper dispenser blocks you from grabbing it. There is another vertical grab bar above that, it wouldn't work for a wheelchair user. The main bathroom space has a built in footstool for the sink and a needle disposal container. The sinks are too tall for a wheelchair user.

This is my first time I booked a flight with United Airlines, and this was almost my last at the same time! Why you ask? Because: My wife and I arrived at the airport at least an hour and a half before our flight boards! We were standing in the checkout line at least an hour just to check our one suitcase in. It came to a point where they said it was too late to check in luggage, what? We were there for at least an hour in line, how can you say that? It's not our fault there was a delay in check in on their behalf... After more than an hour passed and one of the attendants ask who was traveling to Newark, about 10 or maybe more people shouted out! At this point my wife already headed towards the gate to advise them of the delay at check in! So they were able to radio each other about the people including myself that was waiting to check in with luggage!. Finally I get my luggage checked in and I sprint to TSA! ( Luckily I have TSA pre check so I was able to zip through and then sprint again to my boarding gate!. Let me say this is the first time that I have almost missed a flight and I have been flying as long as I can remember! Will I fly again with United Airlines you ask? Sure, but I hope this never happens to me or any other airline passenger ever again!!!...
