The agent that helped our big party of 10 was sooooo patient and nice and she was able to assist us in a timely manner. We were each given hotel accommodation's, shuttle service, and a $300 flight voucher from the airlines. I needed additional assistance and even the customer service rep over the phone was super helpful and friendly. Thank you Southwest!

I also had to pay an additional $70 for checking in2 bags as well. Delta Main is better than AA. I suppose this is why we almost always fly exclusively fly Delta. AA's de-ice truck was down. Had to wait to "borrow" another airline's de-icer. Missed connecting flights, AA decided the best they could do was get us there a day late. Two different AA agents told us they could not book us on a different carrier, so we finally rebooked on United on our own which got us to Nawlins at 6pm. AA would not deliver my checked bag to the French Quarter because we re-booked even though, obviously, we had been booked on AA because...THEY HAD MY BAG!! Had to return to MSY to retrieve my bag from AA, at midnight, at my own expense. The return flight started well then turned to shit in Dallas. Late flight was delayed and saw the captain put on his coat and exit the plane immediately after we boarded. Flight got cancelled. Slept in the terminal rather than using the accommodations AA provided, which would have included taking a taxi, getting maybe 4hrs of sleep, then returning through TSA again for the 7am boarding back home. Joins ATT in the One Star HOF. Do yourself a favour. Avoid this carrier.

I shut off the air blowing cold air right onto my head directly. More cold air blowing continuously from the plane system. This is not going to be a pleasant flight. :(

Not only is the pricing an absolute scam, but the service is terrible and you're guaranteed to be delayed. Our flight was suppose to leave OKC at 7:25pm for Vegas. Then we got told we have to sit on the tarmac for AN HOUR AND A HALF because we weren't scheduled for departure with air traffic control. This S*** doesn't happen with any other airline. Now we're stuck sitting in a hot airplane for over an hour thanks to terrible performance from Frontier. Update: The flight back home was WORSE! The flight from Las Vegas back to OKC was an absolute nightmare! It didn't even happen! First, they loaded us onto the plane, only for the air conditioning to completely shut down after 10 minutes, with temperatures outside well over 110°. They kept us on the plane until it was over 90° in the cabin before they let us off while "maintenance looked for the issue". After about 45 minutes they announced there was a "staff medical emergency" on the plane, probably due to the fact that THEY MADE THEIR STAFF STAY IN THE 100° PLANE. That took another 30 minutes. Then came the best part: We finally reload and get on the tarmac. Due to a nearby storm planes were backed up and we were almost #30 in line to take off. By the time we were up to take off, THEY CANCELED BECAUSE THE FUEL IN THE PLANE WAS "TOO HOT". We had to go back to the gate and unload for a SECOND TIME, but not before the supposed lead flight attendant threatened that those who got off would not be allowed to reboard. The best part is, we were the only plane around that had to cancel departure and go back to the gate, including other Frontier flights. We finally got off the plane, still in Las Vegas, and about 30 minutes later after zero communication from Frontier, they canceled the flight without explanation or solution. They simply told us they would try to rebook in the future, with no date or time mentioned. We were then told they would most likely try to fly us to Denver to their hub and then send us to OKC, which could take another 2-3 DAYS to make happen. They did offer to pay for a hotel room, but the best part is that not only was the line to get a hotel over 4 hours long since they only had 2 PEOPLE WORKING THE ENTIRE COUNTER, they were trying to put people in the most disgusting, worst 1 star hotels to avoid paying for an actual decent room. We were lucky to get our refund, minus frontiers fee's and "upgrade" charges of course (F***** SCAM) and booked on Southwest. We had to spent another night in Vegas and spend more $$$ for a decent hotel all because of Frontiers complete inability to function like a normal airline. Of course, Southwest was flawless and we got home on time and as planned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This airline SHOULD NOT be in business. Spend the extra $100-$150 and fly Southwest United, or American. With all the hidden fee's frontier is going to hit you with, you're better off with an actual company that cares about getting you to your destination.
