I made sure to get one step above the economy seats to hope for somewhat better benefits on the flight. Seats to be next to us at the least. No way. I also had to pay an additional $70 for checking in2 bags as well. Delta Main is better than AA. I suppose this is why we almost always fly exclusively fly Delta. Waited at the ticket desk for 2 hour and we were kind of front of line, told us they would give us a hotel room and a shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning. Then to later tell use no one will be getting a voucher. My girlfriend, 9 and 16 year old daughter had to sleep at the airport and wait 12 hours for the next flight.. horrible.. ps. Lady's at the ticket desk were grate and we can tell they felt sorry for all of us!!
