The flights are usually timely and when they are not, I have received timely notifications by phone and text. The planes are comfortable, the flight crews are friendly and the baggage crew are pretty quick about getting gate checked baggage to the jet bridge (the flights from Chicago are on smaller aircrafts which do not fit roller board bags). United OKC gets it right and that is something worth writing about.

Waited at the ticket desk for 2 hour and we were kind of front of line, told us they would give us a hotel room and a shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport in the morning. Then to later tell use no one will be getting a voucher. My girlfriend, 9 and 16 year old daughter had to sleep at the airport and wait 12 hours for the next flight.. horrible.. ps. Lady's at the ticket desk were grate and we can tell they felt sorry for all of us!!
