We explained that one person in our group cannot eat pork and asked if there was any possibility of exchanging an item, especially since every other stop on the AmazeCo experience was accommodating of dietary restrictions. The response we received was simply, "That sucks," with no attempt to help or offer an alternative. The lack of customer service and professionalism really left a bad impression, especially considering the positive experiences we had everywhere else that day.
