REVIEW OF BAR ONLY The Allegria Hotel, don't have much to say. I have only been to the bar on the boardwalk side a couple of times. Over price resort style hotel bar. House Bloody Mary $11 a pop. While service is OK, never felt welcome or comfortable here. I don't know if it is that sterile white decor look. i feel I am in a hospital setting. Bar trying to do the Miami chic scene, but miss the mark. Long Beach is a working man's resort. Cops, firemen, construction, old Irish, 20 and 30 somethings that don't do the Hampton's. The bar does not fit the crowd. Overall, out of place bar (I don't even know their name) which wants to attract the Meatpacking crowd. Bathrooms clean. If your looking for a drink or two and some AC this place does a OK job. Remember clean bathrooms at the beach. read more

This is my third time staying at the hotel. Denice at the front desk was super helpful as was Lois at the Atlantica Restaurant. I would recommend the full ocean view room, as I selected the partial view room and did not have a great ocean view. The rooftop pool and deck we beautiful and the pool was heated. FYI- the gym is closed, which was disappointed but I got my steps in out on the boardwalk! All in all, it is one of my favorite places to stay when I come to Long Island, and I will be back. read more

After reading all of the negative reviews I feel compelled to talk about our experience, which seemed to be very different than others. We were down from Boston for a wedding in Atlantic Beach. I expected a long line at check-in but we were done in about three minutes. The room was contemporary in style, was nice enough and had a partial water view. The king sized bed was quite comfortable. The water pressure was strong and there were no issues with the toilet. The only issue we experienced was with the AC unit and a quick call to the front desk fixed that. You heard some noises at night but nothing that would be considered loud. We were given two tickets for the breakfast buffet at check-in and had an enjoyable meal overlooking the ocean. All in all a positive experience. read more

Came here for a few days to celebrate my husband's birthday. The check-in process went smoothly and we were upgraded to a suite. This suite included a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and 2 awesome bathrooms. We were in awe when we walked in. Our room was on the beach side and we had a great view of the water and boardwalk. While staying here, you get free access to the beach and beach towels. The hotel was very clean and modern looking. We had no issues. There was a cheap quality to the room which was unmistakeable from the start. The towels were sloppily hung in the bathroom, the television was crooked, and the air conditioning was non-existent. I have posted a picture of the thermostat just to give some credence to prior reviews that there is virtually no A\C. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Oh, the class! I can imagine champagne being poured all day at the luxurious Miami-influenced Allegria in Long Beach. I've had the pleasure of spending a night at Allegria and have frequented their bar a few of times. I've heard VERY mixed reviews, but I have a pretty great impression of the Allegria. The hotel room was on the small side, but not by NYC hotel standards. The wood decor, big comfy plush bed, bath robes, gorgeous bathroom, sweet flat screen, elegant beach decor around the hotel, delish room service breakfast, all made this a phenomenal stay. Top if off with the sound of waves crashing outside your window... one of the best hotel stays for me, ever. Wow, will it cost you an arm and a leg though, especially during the summer. The food is worthy of 4 yelp stars, some dishes better than others. I've only eaten at the bar, not the fancy schmancy restaurant next to it. It's a little bit intimidating in there. Their fish is good, phew! Tuna tartar was delicious. Guacamole was excellent, not too salty, spiced well. Mussels done well. Had a fried king crab leg appetizer that was just ehhh, not hot enough and over-fried. Allegira bar(s) should be way more crowded. Went on a night that it was packed, and they ran out of stemware. Was drinking champagne out of a red wine glass. Fail. I think they have it together now though. Great wine list though, moderately affordable. The bartenders are helpful, down to earth, friendly, charming... they have it all. Allegria is a step above what the casual Long Beach crowd is used to and prefers, the crowd that will sustain them during the cold winter months. read more

went for an overnight with my wife , dressed well to go down to the bar/lounge for dinner only to find the bar full with local drunks . two guys were chatting very loud and proud of how drunk they got the night before and had to stumble home while high fiving each other . (these 2 were in their early 60's !) looked across the bar and there was a set of keys and sunglasses with a drink and no one sitting there until a human being slowly rose from his stool enough to be seen until he slowly leaned down again kind of like a plant that needed water . had dinner , crashed , woke up to breakfast accompanied with club music playing way too loud ... strange experience read more

I bought two nights thru Groupon, I was planning to spend a weekend on the memorial day weekend here. The oceanfront room is nice, but small. We were trying to avoid walking in the furnitures. I love the contemporary design of the bathroom, but housekeeping should really stick with their tasks. The towels are dirty with stain and lint. The room floor is sticky, Ew. The pillow is too soft and flat. My neck hurts after two nights. The window can be open and I love the fresh, breezy air from long beach. Unfortunately, the rooftop was closed for private party for both nights. That disappointed me!! The service is okay, the staffs are friendly. But definitely not worth the price. ..........After two weeks, I decided to come back n write an update. So the hotel put $130 pending charge on my credit card when I checked in. Understanding. Everything was fine but they never credit me back the money. I was able to reach the billing department once. He said it should be come off from my bill soon. It's been two weeks after I talked to him. Nothing, nada. So I kept calling them but they are nowhere can be found. I left message on the voicemail, I spoke to the front desk. I was going to email them, NO email?! Really? In this century, no email?!?! Don't get me wrong, I can totally afford that money but what piss me off is their customers service. So I have to end up calling my credit card company and dispute it. I even write them up to Groupon. I will never recommended this hotel to anyone. ....after two weeks. I wish that I could give this place a zero. The staff is severely understaffed and not trained. They are kind people but check in should be smooth but it's painful between the line amd no one understanding how to check in guests. The food in the restaurant is awful, the beach was so dirty I didn't even want to go in the water and the pool is so packed that it's hard to get a spot there. I was there in July and it was so bad but my boyfriend persuaded me to give it another shot. So when we were in our room the morning that I woke up I noticed a decayed used tampon ( so sorry for the graphic detail) in my closet, and we were woken up by construction trucks outside of our room. I will NEVER return to this hotel. There is not much I can say that is positive except that the staff is very nice, they just don't know what they are doing. Ohhhh and the flies on the beach can eat a person alive but that may have to do with the trash accumulation on the beach drawing them in. Only good thing about this place is the bartenders, and your food runner (when you have one). Have been coming here since original owners. They failed, consultants failed, Highgate failed, new hospitality group is failing. You have 6 managers on that don't lift a finger when we consistently busy. The restaurant is struggling because the menu is terrible. You're the only place on the south shore where you can enjoy food and watch the ocean, however the food is subpar. The head chef should be replaced. You should prob put on more staff for better service and get rid of 2 managers. And forget about your events team, most over priced and unprofessional team. You know who you are Geraldine, quoted $120 for past apps and open bar Gtfoh with that noise. The Rockaway hotel blows this place out of the water, I'd pay 3x for less. Phase 1 of your construction was pointless. Cant wait to see phase 2,3,4.... Phase 2 should be clearing house of upper level management and hire a team that knows that their doing. Also take a look at your menu, you have different fonts, sizes, some things bold and in caps. Clearly if you can't get that right, something as simple as a menu you print in house, you obviously don't know how to run a successful hotel. read more

The setting and the hotel are beautiful but the logistics are just a bit "off". Regardless, staying here was a treat and I hope to return. Here's the nitty gritty breakdown of how my stay went: Thermostat not working in room on one of coldest days on record so I got a space heater at about 3am, no blankets or comforters except upon request (basically just sheets), key not working, staff in restaurant disconnected and aloof except for one server, a young staffer and a friendly barman... Upon entering the restaurant a female staffer seemed to greet me then turned her back to me... We were only a couple feet apart so I expected she was looking for a table to lead me to... Nope she was just standing with her back to me along with a male staffer... It apparently wasn't their job to greet and seat so I stood there behind her until another hostess showed up and greeted me again, finally showing me around the two that wouldn't move (stood there like statues with chins up ... Odd) and to a table. Hard to explain but things are just "off" - I'll reserve final notes for after a second evening here. Some staffers are pleasant and engaging and some are completely detached but it's so striking it's hard to ignore. Sitting in the fireplace lounge there was a job interview being conducted by the hotel so guests could hear the interview questions and answers ..... fireplace relaxation out the window. The boardwalk is fantastic! Even in winter you can enjoy the sounds of the waves as you stroll along the sea-line... It must be amazing in the summer months. Very nice barman named Omar this evening - Made the most excellent little sweet vermouth for me.. straight.. shaken hard just like I like it. Had sushi for dinner and it was very good, sitting in front of the fireplace, listening to live jazz .. Back to things being off though... instead of salmon sushi they served smoked salmon sushi.... and no, I did not order it incorrectly. For a second I thought I had just put bad fish into my mouth then realized what they had done. They were gracious, Omar was, and replaced it which I appreciated. There's a stunning fireplace area on the Mezzanine level where you can enjoy a drink or a book. Allow yourself an extra 30 mins in the am .... There was no hot water 5-10 minutes after turning the shower on so I got by with luke warm water and the handheld sprayer as it was too cold to use the shower itself. 20 minutes and water gets cooler so use the luke warm if you are in a rush. Note that there is no bath and the water doesn't drain in the shower so it is cold and there to greet you with iciness in the am. Use your luke warm water to dilute it and it's bearable. You can also plan ahead and sacrifice a towel the night before to soak up the cold water. At 20 mins still no hot water in the sink I have given up. Sadly there isn't coffee in the rooms or in the lobbies - breakfast starts at 630 am. However a very nice young man at the front desk made me a cup at his office and made my morning better by going so! At this point I feel like the black sheep by telling you all of this - I LOVED this place but between keys not working, no heat, no hot water etc., I am sure I am not the staff's favorite guest. I promise it was unintentional! I have never seen so many little issues in one location. Systemic? Who knows. Other than the glitches, I DO like this place. I will look forward to coming back and will know what to expect and what not to expect. I can't wait to come when it is warmer so I can enjoy the beach and the boardwalk. If you can handle a few odd situations like I mentioned and go with the flow, then you will certainly like this beautiful hotel. read more

Is there a zero star? This hotel is beautiful and well located. I totally give it that. But this is our second year in a row, and they have the keystone cops running this place. Where do I start. Let's say last year is not nearly as worse, but still very bad. I'm now sitting in the lobby. The room was not ready at 4 pm, so we went to the beach and waited until 7pm to get in the room. When we got the room key, we went up, and the room was still occupied. Yes, you just read that right. Still occupied. We could have stolen all of their stuff if we felt like it. Huh?! This is a half star. If it wasn't for the fact that this is the only hotel open in Long Beach as of 2/2013 and that I have to attend a funeral here, I would never set foot in this place! The staff are pretty rude and the decor in MY opinion is cheesy. Don't go to this hotel if you have children. Miami Beach transplanted to Long Beach, New York...I love it. The decor, the Restaurant, and the location on the Board Walk are an amazing combination. I think it is one of the best spots in Nassau, NY Metro area. I went to the Bar 6/18 for. Drink with a friend. Thought nice night, let's go for a drive. We got there around 9ish. The little waitress with an attitude finally came over, mind you practically no one was there! If there were 6 people there were too many. She comes over frazzled like she had been running.... We ordered our drink and waited. Finally drinks arrived. I then ordered buffalo wings and zucchini fries. When they came out they were cold, not warm, cold! I sent them back, and again they came back barely warm. In conclusion, the view & decor are great. The service and food are horrible. Better & cheaper to sit on the bench on the board walk and bring your own drink. read more

This review is only for the many times I've sat outside and enjoyed a beer or cocktail. The hotel itself is very boutique-like with white, contemporary monochrome furniture and walls. There are floor to ceiling windows which affords one the opportunity to look toward the ocean from many points in the main lobby/bar/restaurant. I have never sat inside, why would anyone want to except to escape the heat? You are on Long Beach Boardwalk with an incredible view of the beach/ocean. Don't let the ambiance of Allegria keep you away, it is actually a quite friendly staff and laid back vibe. Every time I have visited Allegria and sat outside, I have been greeted by very courteous wait staff and managers. Again, I have only come for drinks and an appetizer or two... I am very impressed with the staff at this hotel. This is the third time we've stayed here and they are consistently gracious, helpful and well informed. Shout out to Carlington who (against all odds) made an early registration work as well as the other front desk staff members who were helpful throughout the day. My first time staying here . The room we got was a standard king room with no view . The rate was a bit less that way. The room has very random , mismatched furniture and shoddy workmanship throughout. There are many area with mismatched paneling - The room has limited draw and closet space. There is no information booklet. For example, what amenities exist , no mention of their 2 bars , pool and restaurant. They may have a gym also but I have no clue. Also, no info about the surrounding area. Long Beach is an active, thriving city with lots to do, but there is no mention of that. I don't know why there is an additional "resort" fee imposed daily. It is listed as a luxury resort, which it is not. Addition: I understand I chose a standard room with no ocean view, but my view is a shaft showing me the other side of the building. In regards to the restaurant, the service was awful. Although the food was decent, the Service was disappointing. We asked to sit in the bar but they would not allow us to order off the dinner menu. So we moved into the restaurant, and they were severely understaffed and made the experience unbearable. The food was overpriced, the service was understaffed and the experience was very disappointing. However, on a bright note, The bar staff was awesome. However, I will never go back. Then it got worse. Ownership wrote a response back to this review with all those generic bullshit on stuff that didn't apply to what I wrote. We booked a room in-person at 10am with the front desk. They told us we could check in at 3pm, so we came back. They had cancelled our reservation and told us that they didn't actually have a room for us. At 3:00 I now had to find a hotel somewhere else for the night. Allegria is a pretty hotel in a great location. Unfortunately it was the worst hospitality experience I've had in a long time. The hotel is seriously understaffed and it took us a frustrating 40 minutes just to check in. There were several parties in front of us whose reservation couldn't be found although they had confirmation numbers. The room was nice, but small. Walls are think so you hear everything going on in the next room. Amenities in the room are slim to none. Our bathroom sink didn't drain and the shower kept going cold. I've never stayed in a hotel where the front desk doesn't answer the phone. If you wanted to talk to somebody you had to downstairs and wait on the long front desk line. Oh and for this price no housekeeping????? Thank goodness we were only there for a long weekend. The elevators are slow, the lobby bar didn't have basic items like flavored vodka, Baileys and we heard the bartender tell a customer they ran out of Vermouth! Beach passes, chairs and towels were a nice amenity and made going to the beach easy and convenient. We had a nice weekend because Long Beach is great, but this property was a huge disappointment. read more

The hotel looks nice and is very modern. The rooftop pool is small but the view is gorgeous. Unfortunately, we booked a Saturday night at the hotel and paid $499 just go to the rooftop bar but it was closed due to a private party. We were extremely disappointed. The rooftop bar was also not open for the remainder of our stay. The people at the front desk were very nice during check in and check out and we truly appreciate that, but they were the only friendly staff. We received unfriendly, cold service at the bar/restaurant in the main lobby and at the bar on the rooftop on more than one occasion. The hotel room was spacious and modern. The bed and pillows were comfy. However, the floor was very dirty and literally turned my feet black after an hour of getting out of the shower. After I realized I wore socks and sandals for the remaining of my stay. They also ran out of pool and room towels during our last day there. This review is long overdue. We had our daughter's wedding there last year on October 2021. i was concerned in the beginning of the planning. i tested the place out before the date with a simple lunch and walked the property to get a feel for condition and cleanliness and friendliness. I was not convinced it was the best place. My daughter wanted an oceanfront wedding and i wanted to give her what she wanted yet i was very skeptical. it was a slow start to the whole process trying to communicate via emails - we were still in the midst of Covid protocols, short staffs, remote workers and my instincts were telling me to run away, lol. Not only was i concerned about blowing a giant budget and regretting it, as the MOB i wanted my daughter to have the best experience and memorable day I could give her. Well, i want to say that I was blown away by the whole experience. After we /I got in the rhythm of waiting for replies to my message (because i was certain i was the only and most important client they had lol) Randi - the catering manager and Jesse - the catering sales manager and Carolyn- the reservations manager turned on the after burners and did a remarkable job of managing our event. I have read a lot of the posted reviews and most are from hotel overnight visits. Some of the complaints are valid as I had them myself when i was considering Allegria. Yes the pool is small...but you have an ocean in front so..... Yes the windows are often dirty...but it is on the ocean with nonstop salt spray.....i agree why not wash them more often to enjoy the view. Yes there is sand on the floors, when i used the bathroom during my "pre wedding investigation Visit " i was saddened by the cleanliness however, i then saw guest families trooping through the hotel with kids - and kids love the beach- and of course they were in their bathing suits so...they brought lots of sand in everywhere. and kids are sloppy as are many adults and don't often treat places like their own homes when they are vacationing. I agree - the staff should be monitoring and cleaning up during the day. Yes, first thing we found in our room was the wall socket didn't work for hair blowers We had an oceanfront suite and of course expected perfection. Maintenance was up immediately and reset the breaker someplace and we were good for the rest of our stay. i also had to keep in mind we were still challenged by Covid although I and my daughter "bride to be" wanted a pre Covid experience, most businesses were still hard pressed to find staff. We had to temper our expectations somewhat, not just for the venue but for the florist, band, photographers, dress shop HMU staff....everything. This is my google review below...i wanted to repost it here as well so i didn't leave out anything . I always wait to write a review. Good or bad. I waited to write this one since last October 2021 when the Allegria hosted our daughter's wedding. I should have written it immediately! We had a rehearsal dinner in the restaurant, a cocktail party the same night before for over 60 people, the reception the next day, overnight accommodations for the bridal party and guests and a breakfast the morning after. They had lots of opportunity to mess up and they knocked it out of the park. The Allegria and their entire staff are beyond exceptional. My daughter's wedding was perfect. She and I and anybody who was invited/involved or attending the wedding were treated with outstanding attention . Randi, Jessie, Karen, Jen, Kirk, Jett, Flynn, Omney, Sam...oh i feel like it is an academy award speech and i know i left so many people out. The management / ownership of the Allegria are more than fortunate to have a staff of this magnitude. As the mother of the bride, my stress level was enormous and I was less than confident the wedding would meet my high expectations of perfection I envisioned. It is without a bit of over exaggeration that when we had our meeting with Safwat (Sam for short) and his staff I was feeling a little apprehensive I could get all the set up done and done the way i wanted. He simply said, "what can we do, we will do it". And he did. Amazing. Each time I turned around somebody was there to help. I was here for my sister's wedding block and had a horrible experience!! The following occurred during our stay that left us extremely unsatisfied- 1)I called in advance to ask about parking and was told there is hotel parking. Upon arrival the Front Desk agent expressed "Yes, we have parking.. street parking". This is deceiving and no way to lie to your guests. I was told Valet was only during "peak" seasons but you have a sign posted 24/7. Try finding STREET PARKING in 7 degree weather late in the evening. Then during check out on Monday, I was asked if I have a car in valet. So I guess Saturday was "off-peak" but Monday was "peak". VERY SHADY! 2) My sister rented one of the largest suites in the hotel and the heat didnt work. The thermometers were on 85 degrees but it felt like 50s. The engineer, who didnt arrive until 7 am, only placed 2 heaters in the room because "it seemed like our heat was broken" but did nothing to fix it. 3) No room service, when there is a button on their phone for "in room dining". When calling the front desk they expressed "Oh no that button has been deactivated because we dont have room service". Then I see plates and silverware outside of people's rooms. Very misleading! The whole service over was HORRIBLE. For the hundreds of dollars you spend per room per night, its totally NOT worth it. Don't waste your money! read more

Enjoyed a lovely stay here and were able to get an ocean view room at a great price just after the Memorial Day holiday. The view alone is worth the stay. How amazing to fall asleep to the sounds of lapping waves and wake up to the calls of seagulls. The room was modern, comfortable and very clean. The staff was exceptional throughout the hotel. From front desk to bellmen to restaurant wait staff. We were particularly impressed with how the pool staff handled a beligerrant man at the pool who seemed to be trying to get his stay comped by putting on quite a loud and obnoxious show about the lack of mayonnaise for his burger and the half hour wait for the elevator. (One elevator was out of order but we never waited more than a couple of minutes any of the 6-7 times we took it) Anyway - amazingly accommodating and patient staff. The rooftop pool area BTW is a beautiful oasis. Can't wait to return. read more

This is a two star hotel at best. For $1200 for two nights... breakfast wasn't even included. I was highly disappointed with my experience. All the glass doors and windows are filthy. After getting my room keys, they put it in a sad little blue envelope with no brochure of things to do, what's around and what's included in our stay. The hotel room has absolutely no space to put our stuff and spread out, only one night stand to share with 4 ppl, no room to spread my makeup and other things in the bathroom. The tiniest mini refrigerator i have ever seen and you cant even open the windows! What is the point of having an ocean view room when you cant even open the windows to enjoy the ocean view. The pictures are completely misleading or actually more like false advertising and should be taking down. Breakfast is held on the Mezzanine floor called the "Atlantic"?? Great food, great service but the tables weren't wiped down, the floors haven't been swept and there were crumbs and coffee stains on the seats. This is appalling. This hotel needs to do their research and due diligence and find out how other high-end hotels are doing it. It's not just about the staff and the hotel room, it's about the entire delightful experience and telling everyone else to recommend staying here. That's whats gonna increase your numbers, sales and revenue. How are you gonna charge me $1200 for two nights and not include breakfast??? Breakfast for 4 ppl was $110... at that point, just include it in the room price. With that being said until you guys make massive changes, I won't book here again and will tell others to do the same. I attend a wedding in Long Island and this SEEMED to be the best hotel around the area. When you first arrive the modern look is quite nice and the rooms are spacious. They have a bar on the 2nd level, not well stocked but a close bar none the less. Yet the food is WAYYY over priced at the bar and taste like some ass. Would not recommend balling out there. But what really ticked me off was the staff. Extremely rude and unprofessional. We're a wedding party and booked 20+ rooms in the hotel over the weekend and they could've cared less. They treated us like we weren't even guests at the hotel, security was constantly harassing us, claiming noise complaints and following us around. But I must add, it's pretty easy to smoke in the hotel, the windows open all the way and there's room to stand (not that safe tho lol). I easily smoke a few blunts while standing outside my window with no problem. Only reason I gave it a second star. read more

I can't express my utter disappointment with this hotel. On July 27 my sister and I decided to take a day trip to the beach. Now we understand the Covid restrictions so this has NOTHING to do with that ! Now open check with Devon (I tried dealing with the same person) it wasn't busy but there were several ppl in the lobby without mask, I had mine on now a Caucasian woman without a mask broke in front of me and I didn't complain. I checked in finally and no problems. The rooms didn't look as good as pics and they were not very clean. Since we only wanted to hang by the water and beach we didn't complain. Now the frustrating parts begin here, I had on a knee cast and while out I dropped my face mask I came back in to go to my room to get another and the same guy who checked me in loudly told me I can't be in the lobby without a mask , I told him what happened and he had a slight attitude which I thought was crazy since a Asian couple walked past and the lady didn't have on a mask. Then the worst part was the checkout and me returning the beach passes and getting my receipt. Then 5 days later I was charged $500, rent bounced due to this, had to report as a fraud charge and no one will return my calls. I am beyond pissed! I own a restaurant in the city so I am about hospitality and I will say this was not worth the $400 for 1 night ... Red roof inn is better and I don't stay there either ! read more

Packaged as a luxury hotel, this place is pretty no frills, with none of the hallmarks of a hotel at this price range. The staff is nice and the rooms are modern but the amenities are what you'd expect from a Courtyard Marriott or other cheap hotel chain. They are next to no amenities in the room other than your basic soap bar and shampoo plus conditioner. Bring your own house slippers, and don't expect a Nespresso machine in there either. Starbucks downstairs is helpful though. If you're here for a function, bring your own steamer because housekeeping doesn't have any, just iron and board in the room. Not quite worth the price range, but there's also not much choice in Long Beach. On a positive note though, the wedding there was wonderful. The event space was beautiful and the staff were accommodating. read more

My husband and I stayed at the Allegria hotel for the weekend for a wedding. I'll first start by saying that the staff were kind, professional and hospitable. Kris the bartender provided great service and Eddie from housekeeping was helpful. Now I'll get to the point of this review. I am writing this for those that think that they will receive a 4 star service. Please beware that you will be receiving at most a 2.5 star motel service. The room was worth $349 a night and I feel robbed. For the following reasons: 1. There was no room service. You would have to order your food from their restaurant and pick it up yourself within their hours of operations. We had to order food via Uber eats since we kept missing the hours of operation. 2. The beach is open to the town and it is not a private beach. There is no drinking allowed. Beach chairs are provided but you have to carry it to the beach yourself. For a "luxury" hotel they don't help you with the chairs. 3. The rooftop does not allow glass if you are drinking. A plastic cup is provided. The pool is fairly small and overcrowded. 4. They have a two days minimum in order to book a room and housekeeping was not provided during our stay. 5. Most of the towels were stained and I found hair in the towels. Very gross. 6. The shower had moles. I suggest you bring flip-flops for the shower. 7. There was a bird nest on the windowsill. Very gross and could easily be cleaned. 8. The room is dark and you can't open the shades without the neighboor seeing you. 9. The sheets were not fresh. I did not like my experience at this hotel and would not be coming back. I am so upset how much they charged for the room with mediocre service. read more

This place is gorgeous!!! The food n the view r both absolutely amazing!!! My boyfriend took me there for lunch on Thursday n we went on the beach n the jeti where he actually proposed; so he is now my fiancé!!! It was amazing!! The perfect place to get engaged!! read more

Only the view is worth it. we stayed in an ocean view suite. Our suite had 2 couches and the cushions had sheets on the cushion. Despite signs throughout the suite that the room was clean, it was dirty. Housekeeping does come daily. They only clean every 3 days, which we were leaving on the 3rd day. Bring slippers because you won't want to walk bare on the floors. If you want an overpriced, not clean rooms this is your hotel. FYI no designated parking. Good luck finding street parking on Saturday night. read more
