Tiny TV but good enough for us

Clean and comfortable. Front desk is great. No idea why the hot and cold water lines are reversed, but it means the water in the toilet is hot and the cold water is on the left side of the sink. Easy enough to deal with so no points off for that. Good location and a comfortable vibe. I would go back!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights earlier this week. Theresa the owner was amazing. My boyfriend wasn't feeling well so I did a lot of running out for things. I had no idea where to go but Theresa helped me figure it out and she went over and beyond for us. It is such a beautiful hotel and we felt right at home. Already planning a trip back. If you are looking for a unique and quiet location this hotel is perfect!

    Amazing!

Hotel suite on PH level had a jacuzzi, terrace, living room space, and bedroom with extremely soft linens. Cost was $350 a night which is what we'd pay for an ordinary room nearby. Easy parking, great coffee, very friendly staff and when we needed to extend checkout a few hours the cost was shockingly low, they were very accommodating. Didn't try room service but no problems ordering Uber Eats to the hotel. They also have an option of placing chocolate covered strawberries, rose petals and champagne in the room for $75. Regardless of occasion, choice this option! Primo will definitely stay here again if life brings us back to the neighborhood.

The room is great for us changing for a 9 o'clock show we have 18 miles away. Most likely we won't be sleeping here tonight we will be on the highway after the show. This is a clean hotel and we use it often when we frequent this area it's a good place to check into when in this area and very clean and comfortable. Good quality hotel and they have a restaurant downstairs with a small menu. The Quality of this hotel is well worth the money.

The grounds here are lovely and there was no wedding or private event so we got to explore the grounds and rooms which was super cool. The dining area is smaller than expected but that's fine with me - makes it more intimate. The menu is a little limited but I was able to find the pacchieri alà vodka with fresh pasta and I really enjoyed it! I got a mocktail as well, which was also refreshing. For an app we shared the truffle fries because although this is fine dining -fries always hit the spot amirite?! I loved the sorbet dessert, hubs didn't love his as much - an apple pie turnover of sorts. Service was attentive and friendly. I'd return for drinks and an app but it is pretty pricey to come for dinner if it's not a special occasion.

The review is for a day visit. We booked a Tuesday house tour. It lasted for an hour and 15 minutes. The tour guide showed us the special rooms of the house. I loved the gesture of showing us the Castle's most favorite hotel room ... the bridal suite. The view from this room is magnificent. We do our own tour of the garden after lunch. We took our time exploring and enjoyed taking photos. We had a reservation after the tour at its restaurant. The management gave us a10% discount for taking the tour. I made a separate review for its restaurant. The inside of the mansion is meticulously decorated classy. I am impressed how they maintained the house especially their hotel rooms. I can't imagine how magnificent weddings celebrations are being held here. This place is a good venue choice... the huge dining hall and its beautiful ballroom stand out. It is a recommended place to be.

After about 30 minutes of searching for parking I pulled in front of the hotel and went in. I checked in and asked where I might find parking and was told they have a lot for $25 per night. I parked my car in the lot that was a block away and when I returned to the hotel I realized how dirty and beat up it looked and there was a strong pot oder in the lobby. I went to my room on the second floor which was like a maze to get too. When I found my room it was tiny and 87°F. The remote didn't work (batteries.) so I called to the front desk but the phone didn't work, so I went back downstairs, got batteries, a security guard walked me up and made sure the remote worked. It finally cooled off and I went to bed. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the shower spectacular. The walls were paper thin and could hear the children on one side of me making typical children noises, the man on the phone ALL NIGHT, and the couple doing what couples do. I finally put in head phones and was able to sleep. I will be finding somewhere else to stay next time I'm in Long Beach.
