We worked with Mark Tallant, who patiently walked us through the different options available to us. We had already contracted funeral plans and cremation services elsewhere, but Ridgeview was able to work with our needs in finding a plot to bury our loved one. Mark explained to us what a marker includes, the types of urn vaults, and what burial gardens are available. He shared the various customizations we were able to do at each step of the way. He even brought out a limo to shuttle the large group of us around as we first picked out the burial garden, then the specific plot we thought would work best. Mark worked with us to get our loved one's Chinese name engraved on the marker, and allowed us to choose the specific Chinese font that we liked the most. He was very responsive during the whole process and kept the pricing transparent. I believe Ridgeview Memorial Park offers payment plans, but we chose to bite the bullet and paid using a check for a small discount. I think paying by credit card is a bit more expensive because they tack on a convenience fee. No one really thinks about where they would want to be laid to rest, but I personally appreciated my experience at Ridgeview and encourage others to check them out.
