I called them in a panic, after the sudden loss of my mother in-law. I had searched many other funeral homes, and had become discouraged due to finances and most places being strictly about getting their money and sending you out the door. Distinctive Life staff was both professional and compassionate towards our family. Mr. Scott was available to speak with us any time we needed him, and answered any and every question we had. He went above and beyond in helping us plan a beautiful graveside ceremony to lay our mom to rest. It was a very difficult time for us, and he was respectful and sincere; offering words of encouragement and kind thoughts throughout the entire process.
