Employee had bad attitude, needs psych eval. Allens sister coffee offers a very convenient way to get an early breakfast burrito, especially for us who decided on impromptu camping at Swist Water Campground. We got to coffee shop approximately 2 minutes before 0500hrs (time of opening), but were immediately turned off by bad attitude of employee, stating that we should come before coffee shop opens at 5am. Whoever the female was that was working on morning of June 13th at 5am, had such a bad attitude, as if she was doing us a favor. Imagine getting reprimanded for being there a mere 120 seconds early, emphasizing that it is Company policy. We had no expectation of being served early; in contrast, previous visit a couple days prior had employee that was friendly and professional. With the bad attitude experienced this morning, we're better served going to Cooks Corner where attitude is positive. read more

I went there for the first time the other day while heading home from a camping trip. The outside is so cute and inviting. The barista was very friendly, got all 5 drinks correct and everyone loved the flavor/taste of their coffee, hot chocolate and Red Bull Italian soda! Definitely recommend! read more

All of them are typically rude and full of themselves and have horrible customer service. Make sure they don't press the tip button themselves. They're known for that. Specifically one of the girls, her attitude has actually ruined a lot of peoples opinions on this shop. read more

I would describe Allen Sisters Coffee as just "OK", which would be 3 stars on Yelp, but I'm choosing to leave 4 stars instead because it really is one of the best options in Kenai. It's a tiny drive-thru venue with 2 windows, and while their marketing and packaging is admittedly very nice, I can't say the same for their coffee. Their other beverages looked great, especially in photos (check out their IG!), but for a place with "Coffee" in its name, I was hoping for a smoother cup of coffee than I'd got. That being said, I recognize I can be picky with my drinks, but I would definitely return here should I find myself in Kenai again. read more

Your shop is one of my favorite drive through coffee shops on the peninsula. I love how excited the baristas get when I have my pups in the car. I also love the location and the fast service. I live not even 5 mins away and it's perfect for anyone driving from soldotna to Kenai or the other way around. The baristas are friendly and always there to greet you. The coffee is sweet and made properly! I definitely will be going here for a long while! (Also the best place to stop to grab a warm cup after a chilly time at the dog park!) read more
