Kat makes you feel very comfortable and sprays very well! She steps back to look at the color and then sprays a bit more in areas she thinks need a little more. The spray tans for both my sister and I turned out great with no streaks at all! We also did a week of loofa before hand and made sure we did not apply lotion. Getting your hair done can feel awkard sitting in a chair for hours with a stranger but that is so not the case here. Everyone is so nice and warm to their clients and I always have the best conversations. I leave feeling so great about myself every time. I did end up trying a few different salons just because they were closer after their move but I needed to come back because they other salons just weren't the same. Having Tina come over with her mobile spray tan booth was super convenient because she worked around my crazy schedule. My tan was PERFECT!! No streaks, no orangey look at all. Although I had a microblade that turned out nice, I was told to contact for follow up appt a while…read morelater...after she was off maternity leave. I contacted as I was told only to have my messages ignored by the "assistant" When I continued to try to schedule an appointment I have proof I was told to schedule, I was told it now was not possible while other people continued to receive the service. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.
