She charged me for a rapid when all I verbally asked for was the bump my level two instant down to a level one instant. $5, okay fine, but it becomes a problem when I pay $60 per month for cheap shitty looking versapro chemicals and did NOT ask to pay another $5. Went back in asking what this was all about, and tried telling me it's because I got rapid and I corrected her saying no, I asked to bump my regular 2 instant down to a 1 INSTANT...and was b**chy to me and I just walked out, i'm not going to argue with a rude employee over $5. I attempted to contact the makeup beauty parlour directly and was talked down to and told it wasn't their problem and to contact her directly...well ya if I could get some sort of response I would. I have tried to schedule with 3 other places that won't go over this work. So I'm stuck I plan to further file complaints and look into my options. Sad customer service.
